Tyler did an outstanding job. He was very polite, professional, knowledgeable, and went out of his way to exceed our expectations. He was prompt both times he came to the house (once to diagnose the problem; the next to install the new toilet). He was respectful of our home, wearing mask and booties at all times, laying down a protective barrier, and thoroughly cleaning up afterwards. I recently had to replace my water heater and other water supply valves that were needing attention. We hired Sutherland Plumbing to do the work, and they did a fantastic job! Our old water heater was getting to the end of its life, and we were always having trouble with having enough hot water to fill our large master bathroom tub. We were also experiencing high water pressure in our house that needed correction. Ti Sutherland, the owner of Sutherland Plumbing, was extremely helpful in providing me with solutions to take care of our plumbing problems. He took the time to answer all my questions. I really appreciated his efforts and willingness to spend the time to help me feel comfortable with deciding what to do. On the day of the water heater replacement, Ti and his senior plumber, Cameron, showed up at the appointment time on schedule. They completed the work that was agreed upon quickly and efficiently. Ti spoke to me about his goal with Sutherland Plumbing to do quality work and using best practices. I believe that he means what he says. With the water heater installation, they improved our natural gas pipe alignment and anchoring, which also runs to the furnace. They improved the A/C condensate pump drain line alignment (unkinked and removed sags), which had nothing to do with the plumbing work requested! Sutherland Plumbing was not required to do these improvements while fulfilling the contracted work, but Ti and Cameron included it as part of what they believed to be a quality installation. Overall, I am very happy Sutherland Plumbing with the high quality of work and service that they provided. They replaced the water heater and fixed the water pressure problem along with other plumbing improvements. We now have enough hot water for our family of five and as a bonus, can fill our large master bathtub!

The technician answered the phone during evening hours, had me send picture of the water heater tag, and showed up the next morning with a replacement. He did a great job installing it and explained the differences and features of the new water heater. It should be noted I had called a different “24 hour service” company first that didn’t answer the phone or call me back til about noon the next day.

I called River City Environmental on Sunday and the got my septic pumped on Monday Morning. These guys was very nice & helped with some roots in the tank. Competitively priced as well. Thanks River City! Would use them for future septic and plumbing work.

From the moment I talked to Heather, till the completion of the work, the experience was superb. We had an issue with a toilet in the basement installed in cement. It had to be removed, together with the strange cement platform ( who knows why they did it that way). Roger and Chaz did the work, with skills and care. We were so happy to have a new toilet at floor level again!! We had other estimates and plumbers didn't fill comfortable doing it. Anytime Plumbing had the right people to help us out. They were prompt, on time, and true professionals! I would recommend this company to all my friends and neighbors. We are so grateful for the awesome job done!!! Thank you!!!

I used Terry Massey Plumbing back in 2008 for a complete 2 bathroom and kitchen install. The job was completed on time and their team was willing to work within an askew schedule. Thank god. Beyond outstanding service. We spotted a leak in our ceiling on a Thursday evening. GLS got us onto their schedule the next day. The crew worked quickly and thoroughly to identify the source of the leak and get it fixed for us. They were thoroughly communicative throughout the process, letting us know our options and what they were doing. They were clean and respectful of our house. Plus, they were affordable. I will be keeping their card for my next plumbing situation.

Gene was excellent and I enjoyed having him come by to fix the shower plumbing. He explained everything including the cost and did a very professional repair.

I had a water heater problem. He came out and looked at the problem, went over all my options, and what impressed me the most, he didn't press for the most expensive repair, nor did he make promises he couldn't keep. That's the sign of someone who is highly ethical. We ended up having the water heater replaced. They were on time, they completed the project in 1/2 the time they said they would. They also cut no corners. They used the best and most reliable parts, where I had suboptimal parts previously.

I highly recommend this company, and I will definitely be using them again.

Horrible, over-priced, extremely rude customer service!
I hired a plumber to re-connect all our under sink pipes, after we removed the sink to re-do our counters. The technician (William) was extremely rude the entire time he was in my home. When I noticed the water to the dishwasher and the water filter wasn't working, he told me he had connected the pipes he was supposed to and that turning on the water wasn't part of his job. After he connected everything, one of the pipes was leaking (which I don't believe it was previously) instead of admitting error in the reconnection process, he decided I needed a new pipe, which he promptly charged me an additional $99 for (it took him 5 minutes max to install) The price turned out to be by the job, rather than the hour (like all the other plumbers I called) Where most plumbers were $85/hr and the job took 1.5hrs, I paid $337 total (the equivalent of nearly 4 hours! It would have been one thing to be overcharged, but to be treated so rudely in my own home was totally unprofessional and unnecessary!

Roger is simply the best.

I would recommend Greg any day, he is honest and treats customers right. He solved a tricky re-pipe plumbing job that other plumbers couldn't figure out. We are very happy with his work.
