Always fast, courteous service!

David replaced a water heater and installed a pressure regulator in my house today. He was courteous, tidy, and communicative, and he went out of his way to make sure we were happy with the service. I highly recommend working with him and I will ask for him in the future. The only reason this isn't a 5-star review is because when I was originally waiting for someone to come by to provide a quote, I was told I would get a visit between 11 and 2pm, nobody showed up in that window. I called them around 3pm and they were professional and apologetic and admitted that this was something they could work on.

Terrible work ethic. Sat outside for over an hour taking smoke breaks. Leaving cigarette butts all over the property, did not finish on time and rude to the tenants when asked how much longer until the water is back on. We'll past 730 when they were supposed to be done by 5. Maybe if you guys didn't take so many smoke breaks you would have completed the job on time.

I appreciated the excellent communication from Sutherland Plumbing. My plumber, Sean Anderson, went over my plumbing problem and offered to look at other plumbing concerns as well! He explained everything in ways I understood and offered reasonable solutions. The work was completed by Sean and Nathan in less time than anticipated. I will definitely call them again for my next plumbing job! Thank you so much!

Beyond outstanding service. We spotted a leak in our ceiling on a Thursday evening. GLS got us onto their schedule the next day. The crew worked quickly and thoroughly to identify the source of the leak and get it fixed for us. They were thoroughly communicative throughout the process, letting us know our options and what they were doing. They were clean and respectful of our house. Plus, they were affordable. Horrible, over-priced, extremely rude customer service!
I hired a plumber to re-connect all our under sink pipes, after we removed the sink to re-do our counters. The technician (William) was extremely rude the entire time he was in my home. When I noticed the water to the dishwasher and the water filter wasn't working, he told me he had connected the pipes he was supposed to and that turning on the water wasn't part of his job. After he connected everything, one of the pipes was leaking (which I don't believe it was previously) instead of admitting error in the reconnection process, he decided I needed a new pipe, which he promptly charged me an additional $99 for (it took him 5 minutes max to install) The price turned out to be by the job, rather than the hour (like all the other plumbers I called) Where most plumbers were $85/hr and the job took 1.5hrs, I paid $337 total (the equivalent of nearly 4 hours! It would have been one thing to be overcharged, but to be treated so rudely in my own home was totally unprofessional and unnecessary!

Rodger is the most amazing owner of a beyond great company. This company will be there for you, fix the problem with high quality standards! We have been using him for years at our restaurant and I wouldn't dream to call anyone else. High quality, reliable, professional, friendly and at a fair rate. I would refer him to anyone in need or looking to upgrade their home or business.

Not only is Greg a good plumber, he is one of the nicest people you will ever meet. I had hit a water main in my garage on a Saturday and had to shut everything off. He fixed it for me quickly and saved the day!
