My neighbors called this company but for some reason they're blocking my driveway and when I came out to ask the driver to move the car he told me he'd be leaving in a few minutes anyway and then just walked away and disappeared. I said I needed to be able to get out of my driveway soon and I am not convinced that that matters to anyone. Furthermore I don't even see the necessity for blocking my driveway.

Mike and his guys were knowledgeable about products (water heaters) and gave great advice about a tankless heater that fit the bill perfectly. All of the crew was nice to deal with, showed up on time, and left the job site clean and neat.

There was one problem-the computer gizmo that controls the new water heater went out shortly after the install. The board was replaced within a day of calling, no drama, no questions, no charge and even an apology-even though it wasn’t their fault.

Are they the cheapest? No idea, but the work was certainly priced within my expectations. They will be my first call for all future plumbing projects.

I had some clogged drains in my basement and called Grumpy's Drains. Keith was able to come out the morning and was on time and ready to go.

We previously hired 2 plumbers to troubleshoot our clogged drain and the problem was never resolved. Patrick scoped the drain thoroughly and identified broken pipes further down. He also scoped the rest of the lines feeding the sewer to ensure it was clear. And, he offered a partial refund for work that was not needed. Wes did a fantastic job on fixing our guest bathroom toilet blockage. He was on time, fast, and hard working.
