As a retired 30 yr general contractor I can tell you 3 Mountain Plumbing is top notch. Their communication was spot on. Not only did they get to my job promptly but I knew when they'd be there. When they had a hitch on timing I knew it immediately. Their prices are honest and competitive. Tyler did a great job. I'll definitely be using them again.

There really aren't words to describe the all-around professionalism of this team. I wish I could mirror them in my own business. I sought multiple quotes from multiple plumbers that do in-depth Sewer line installation and connection, including permit submission for a very, very complex municipal entity that was extremely difficult to work with. The other 4 local plumbers were Not even close in my mind, SRS was Hands down the only choice, and they followed thru the entire project with perfection. The owner was very responsive in site visit and quote, patient in working this project over many months, ON Top if it once permits accepted, and their team was Quick to jump in and get the work done in under 72 hours leaving NO MESS, NO headache for me to clean up. They even quickly returned once a permit needed 1 more step complete, and again left NO MESS. My wife and are are beyond appreciative, and I only wish I had more plumbing problems so I could enjoy their kind demeanor and professional Crew and foremen. If you don't contact them, you're fully missing out on the Best Experience possible for plumbing and underground sewer work. I cannot imagine any way they could have done better.

One of my roofers accidentally broke an exhaust vent pipe from the water heater and couldn’t fix it, it was noticed at the end of a long hot day and we all wanted to go home, after getting put on hold and no call backs from multiple plumbing company’s and expecting to be there until midnight, Tony came within 15 minutes due to location being nearby and had the customer as well as I satisfied within another 15 minutes. Give that guy Tony a raise, it was a pleasure to have him fix my problem.

River City was subcontracted when I needed to have a water jet table cleaned out. The crew was professional, quick, and thorough. I would not hesitate to use them again. Thanks!

My leak is underground pipe replacement between the-water main to my indoor switch. A major work! The job is superbly done! They coordinated all the subcontractors. All work done professionally. Not cheap, I am impressed and happy with the result.

Terry does outstanding work, and his wife Jamie is a great organizer. They show up when they say they will, they communicate clearly about the job, Terry and his son are courteous, and the results are exactly as expected.

As a first time homeowner I am pretty clueless when it comes to plumbing issues, and this was my first time dealing with something I couldn’t solve with a plunger. Thankfully, Terry showed up a few hours after I called (on a Sunday night!) and quickly identified the problem. He walked me through my options for fixing it and how to help prevent it in the future. He even answered my fascinated kiddos questions as we watched him use all his equipment to get us back up and running.
