Joe made the experience of replacing our water heater super easy. I texted him some pictures and info and he replied right back with water heater options and total prices for the tank and the installation work. We chose the water heater we wanted and he came by the next day to install it in about an hour! Very satisfied with his quick work and responsiveness. Thanks Joe!

Excellent service from Everett and from Tyler! Professional, knowledgeable, informative, and friendly. I put 3 Mountains Plumbing into my contacts list and will call them again when I need plumbing services.Disappointed in service from Ryan. He was knowledgeable and courteous, but left mud in the driveway and forgot to replace a cap that Tyler had to break to open. He didn’t reconnect the gutter to the drain, even the lower part. I was told Ryan had caps in his truck, but he didn’t replace it. I called the company, but 2 days later the cap has still not been replaced. Ryan was thorough and showed me everything he was doing, but also was interested in selling me a complete, very expensive sewer pipe replacement from the outside drain, through the basement, across the front yard to the street. I’m not convinced it’s necessary at this time.

We had sewer drainage issues after we had a new roof put on.... David came, looked, unblocked/fixed it in 20 minutes. NO CHARGE!! I was fully prepared to send the bill to the roofers for dropping shingles in the exhaust pipe. This was beyond professional, very generous of you!!

Fat and efficient.

I appreciated the excellent communication from Sutherland Plumbing. My plumber, Sean Anderson, went over my plumbing problem and offered to look at other plumbing concerns as well! He explained everything in ways I understood and offered reasonable solutions. The work was completed by Sean and Nathan in less time than anticipated. I will definitely call them again for my next plumbing job! Thank you so much!

We bought a new house and discovered it had a septic tank thanks to a flooding leach field. River City Environmental did an assessment and completed the job in that budget and time. We were back to normal in no time thanks to their professional work!

I can't say I was impressed. They were recommended by our sewer contractor, who was not allowed to connect the vent pipe to the new sewer line. Anytime charged $500 for about 30 minutes worth of actual work (they billed for all their time, from their shop to my house, from my house to Lowes and back, then they billed the time it took for the 2nd plumber to drive out and back) and less than $50 worth of materials. They were also supposed to bid the rest of the job, but never followed up. Needless to say, I won't be calling them any time soon. No stars.

Late Saturday evening I was alerted by my neighbor that my front yard was leaking. After calling several different plumbers, Home Advisor got me in touch with Rob from PDX Sewer Solutions.

Rob was able to help calm me down, use his experience to walk me through my next steps, and showed up at my house within the hour even though he was coming from a couple towns away. Rob and Ty were quickly able to turn off my water line to prevent further damage to my property and were back first thing Sunday morning to find the root cause.

The crew was prompt, professional, and extremely quick with their repairs. Even though they dug a hole almost 5 feet deep, you would never be able to tell with how clean and neat everything was put back together. These guys saved my day and my home; I cannot recommend them enough!

Rob does this work because he genuinely enjoys it. His knowledge, experience, and care for the job/ customer is truly above and beyond. As a first-time homeowner and this being my first sewer line break, I am blessed to have been put in contact with Rob. He helped assure me that everything was going to be okay, kept me in the loop every step of the way, and is one of the most honest contractors I have ever had the pleasure of working with. On time, did a quick and efficient job.

I had been dreading my sewer repair since I purchased the house. Mario made the whole thing seamless. My life wasn’t disrupted. He was on time, professional, kept the area tidy, communicated well, worked hard, and was cost effective. The repair was done quickly and I sort of wondered why I had been so dramatic. But I thought sewers were dramatic??
You should hire him! (My repair was done in anticipation of the new sellwood sewer line connection.. and now it’s all ready to connect next summer!)

Called and discussed my water line between curb and house was leaking. Prices were about half of other plumbers for boring a new line and/or labor. Talked with Rich and scheduled repair for the following week. Even though my friend and I repaired the leak ourselves over the weekend, I would have chosen Western Plumbing for my repair based on the honesty and confidence I felt after talking to Rich.
