I had a water heater go out unexpectedly and called Sutherland at the suggestion of a colleague. Ti called me back within a few hours (even though I was told I'd have to wait till the next day) and was at the house the next morning. He and his partner worked all day to get my old heater removed, the abysmal plumbing done by the previous contractor taken out and replaced, and everything reinstalled and up to code and looking good. When I went down there the next day in the daylight to lock up I found they even cleaned all the leaves and debris off my lower deck on their own initiative. I know who to call for my next plumbing job.

Great and knowledgeable service with Chris. He did a great job educating us on the issues with our home and the repair of an in wall water leak behind our hot water tank.

They showed up late. Their equipment didn't work. They had to come back out and tried to charge me extra. They offered a partial refund but instead charged my card again. They sent video through the mail, and the video is such low quality I am surprised they found a camera that bad. How do you not have the ability to send video online? Every step of this transaction has been a slog.

I have a baby so naturally I was worried they wouldn't be flexible or quiet. Not only were they more than happy to accomodate, they were very friendly and took extra precautions to keep our space clean while they got the job done quietly. Their customer service is off the charts! We will exclusively use them from now on - no questions asked.

We are not on city sewer and have a septic tank with a warning alarm where we live. The alarm was tripped on a Sunday afternoon and we knew we either needed the tank pumped or maybe our pump failed. We experienced this before and knew we needed to get service ASAP. Monday morning I called PDX Sewer Solutions to help us out. Rob took my call and discuss options with me. He came over quickly (within 1-2 hours) to take a look and assess our situation. He was able to what we needed and he helped us right away. Rob was so kind and easy to work with. He explained everything in detail and the price was lower than other companies we have used in the past. I am an extremely happy customer and they will be my first call the next time we need service. I highly recommend PDX Sewer Solutions and will be a happy return customer.

Terry Massey Plumbing was the first company I called. He came out the next day to give me an estimate on replumbing my house. While he was here he listened to my frustrations and fixed my kitchen faucet, bathroom sinks and showers. I HAVE WATER PRESSURE NOW! He was very kind and professional. I had a plumber come out for a non-emergency slow leak, and they were able to get to me very quickly. They came out just a few days after my call and the plumber was very polite and professional. Also very fast! The job was done in no time and cost very little. I was very pleased with their service and will definitely call them again if something comes up.
