It’s never convenient to discover you have a main water leak leading to your home, but even more so during a pandemic just days before Christmas. Sutherland Plumbing was incredibly accommodating diagnosing the problem, recommending solutions, coordinating the myriad of prework and players involved, and then completing the work quickly and efficiently. Their professionalism and friendliness was spot-on from Courtney who coordinates scheduling, to Ty who fielded my long list of questions and texts, to the crew who completed the work (Ty, Cameron, and Nathan), and even to the post-work review and paperwork. But it’s not only the quality of their work, work ethic, and how they interacted with me that makes them stand out. It’s the way they treat each other … they have such a rhythm working alongside each other, no hesitation to get in and get the job done, a sense of camaraderie and mutual respect for each other that just put me at ease during a stressful situation. While I hope I won’t have any more plumbing emergencies, I know that I’ll call on them again for any job ... big or small.

First of all they called me and got us in on the same day!! We were so lucky. Joe came to our house in the afternoon and was very pleasant and fixed the one thing he could. Our expansion tank. Which was leaking all the time. But our circuit breaker was broken. And he pointed that out and he couldn't check the water heater. But my husband and his friend got a new circuit breaker and that is what it was. So we have had hot water since late yesterday afternoon. From our first phone call until Joe left we were treated very nicely. As a add on, my husband loves to talk to all workers who come to our house. I try to not encourage that but he just can't help himself and Joe was very nice about it. Cora and Art Wohlsein.

These men are absolute ANGELS!!! We had a plumbing disaster. Main sewer line was broke and it was just a mess!!! Rob, Tai, and Robbie came to the rescue. They were beyond amazing. It at one point seemed to be unrepairable but Rob is clearly more than a master at his craft. I’m still in Awe at the work that was done. But what I’m most thankful for and astonished by is the true honesty this company withholds. When you have a MASIVE problem with plumbing you’ll do just about anything to get it fixed. Rob is a stand up guy. Honest, real and genuinely wanted to fix the problem. And HE did! He did it quick, clean and to perfection. And he was HONEST!! I can’t thank you men enough for what you did for my family. Honestly from the bottom of this momma’s heart THANK YOU!!! I’d give you 100 stars if I could.

Very easy guy to work with. Had a toilet in the guest bathroom that was rocking and probably installed wrong by previous homeowner. I had a problem on a Sunday in my ADU space where I have someone renting and it needed to be taken care of right away. I called SEVERAL plumbers but Mr. Rooter was the only one available. They told me 2 hours but it was only 1 hour and the person who came out was very thorough in solving the problem. The responsiveness and attention detail made me feel very confident. THANK YOU!

The office staff fit us into their schedule efficiently when an opening came up, communicated clearly, showed up on time, did the work on the spot for a fair price. It was a good experience all around.

We Remodeled a house project with them. I liked them, but they installed a water mixer on top of the hot water heater that made the tank stack and trip the shut off, so no hot water. Upon calling them, Western stated they don't repair anything related to the hot water heater and had me call a hot water heater repair company. Two months later as this had been going on the, hot water repair company finally figured out that Western had improperly installed the water mixer on top of the tank. The repair company did then fix the issue by removing the part. The repair company then charged me for the work. I told them they should be charging Western Plumbing and you would think that Western would stand behind their installation. After arguing with the owner of Western Plumbing about it he refuse to pay them, stating the county required the mixer even though they knew it would be a problem ( no one told me ) The plumbing contract was well over 35K and the charge for repair was 150.00. As a sub-contractor, business owner myself, I would think they would take care of the bill with out complaint. Not impressed and will let others know my experience,

I was worried when I read reviews but had no choice since they are who our Home Warranty service chose. But Zach (the first guy to come out to check out the problem) was great, professional and knowledgeable, answered all our questions clearly. And then the two guys who came out to do the installation were great as well. We were relieved and pleased.
