3 Mountains made a rotten situation as good as it possibly could be. My house's sewer line decided to give up the ghost, and because it was a very deep run built decades ago, it was not easy to replace, requiring a couple of rescopes. The team was up to the task, though, and their personal touch and professionalism were on display at all times. Again, I wish I didn't have this sort of expensive replacement, but after seeing all the actions and effort that went into it, I understand. Such are the joys of home ownership! We had a plumber out because we were sure there was a backup. Drain Hound came out and It took him 5 hours of trying to find that out that our pipes had broken. He gave us this company as a recommendation, and we are so glad we did! This company is professional and polite, but best of all they are very knowledgeable and fast! Fixed and back up and draining in 1 and 3/4 days. Great company and even gave us a military discount!

Our water heater tank started leaking on Thursday,I called to Sutherland plumbing later in the evening,received a call in the morning asking to send pictures of our tank and answered some questions. I had a quote 10 minutes later and received a call from Ti shortly after. His quote was very reasonably priced. Ti was at our house within an our and did an outstanding job! He went above and beyond our expectations, added additional valves,put depressurizing tank and made sure that tank stands sturdy in case of earthquake by putting extra planks on the wall.
I wish we found Sutherland Plumbing earlier. We are very happy with the service,communication and quality of work!

One of my roofers accidentally broke an exhaust vent pipe from the water heater and couldn’t fix it, it was noticed at the end of a long hot day and we all wanted to go home, after getting put on hold and no call backs from multiple plumbing company’s and expecting to be there until midnight, Tony came within 15 minutes due to location being nearby and had the customer as well as I satisfied within another 15 minutes. Give that guy Tony a raise, it was a pleasure to have him fix my problem.

I had a clogged drain between the bathtub and the bathroom sink. I couldn't clear it with drain cleaners or a snake. I'm glad I called in the pros.Anytime Plumbing sure was professional! Zach showed up on time, was courteous and conscientious in his work. He cleared the drains, tested the flow, and left the tub and sink clean! All in for just one hour of service! Great work, great work ethic. Highly recommend!

Excellent. PDX Sewer Solutions solved my broken sewer line promptly at a reasonable price. They have been doing this work for 30 years and care about Portland. They also have a good relationship with the city to get permits and inspections completed as needed quickly. You won't find a better team to get the job done right and fast.
