Reasonably priced good service

I had a clogged garbage disposal, and as a recipe tester who works from home, it was making work nearly impossible. Thankfully they were able to send someone out the next day. The technicians were very courteous and honest with me about what things would cost and how / where I could save some money. They unclogged the drain and got the disposal working again, only to find that it smelled smoky once it got going (it's about 5 years old now, builder grade). They said I would need a new one but it would probably be cheaper if I could buy/ install it myself, and it sounds easy enough, so I'm going to give that a shot. If I end up needing help, I'll give them a call again. Thanks for being transparent and not making me pay for things I don't need!

PDX Sewer Solutions was simply amazing to work with. They repaired our main sewer drain that would never have passed code even in 1979 when our house was built. Terry Massey installed an extensive array of plumbing in our new church building a few years ago. The building is large with multiple bathrooms, kitchen and nursery facilities for young children. Additionally, we did a major redo of many of the water supplies and waste drainage throughout our several acre property, some of which were quite complicated. His work was on time, excellent and has served us well. His demeanor, congeniality and positive attitude made it a pleasure to work with him. I highly recommend his plumbing company for your needs.

Mario is amazing. Very easy to work with. Talks over the phone and tells you how things are in a way you can understand. In my case he came out to unplug the drain to the septic instead he helped us find out our septic tank and showed me that it was full and needed pumped. He didn’t even charge me for the trip although he certainly could have as his service was valuable. I highly recommend Smitty’s if you’re looking for a place where you can quickly get a response from a human who will treat you fairly and do very good work if you need it.

I needed a faucet removed. I was charged over $300 for less than a hour's work.

These guys came out very quickly, listened to what I wanted, and followed through with quick service at a very reasonable price. I'll be sure to use them again the future if and when I need this kind of service again.

Dan came to fix a leak and was super friendly and informative. He also took on some on the spot work installing a sink and faucet that my other plumber had said was a two man job and couldn’t get done when he was here last. Way to go, Dan!

Also, this company emailed me before my appointment, advising me of the hourly cost, trip charge and cancellation time and fee. Then day of my appointment I got an email saying Dan was in route with a photo, yes a photo of Dan! Amazing! I was invoiced the day of and received and email day after showing paid.

I can’t express enough how important these things are. It’s awesome when you find a business that’s local and has great plumbers and a great support team in house! All Pro Plumbing services really gets it! They will be the new go to for us!

If you want honest, dependable plumbers, call Crown Plumbing in Portland. I've used them (formerly Watson's) for years. They won't tell you something needs to be done when it doesn't need to be done. Travis was here today and not only was he fast and efficient and charged a reasonable price, he was delightful to talk to.

Called and discussed my water line between curb and house was leaking. Prices were about half of other plumbers for boring a new line and/or labor. Talked with Rich and scheduled repair for the following week. Even though my friend and I repaired the leak ourselves over the weekend, I would have chosen Western Plumbing for my repair based on the honesty and confidence I felt after talking to Rich.

Positive – Plumber performed good quality work.
Negatives – Low quote seemed great on initial inspection but final bill was > x3 quoted amount. Initial job inspection/quote did not properly scope the job resulting in plumber being dispatched without standard/required tools. Customer then charged for this error at $200/hr. to source necessary tools. In future will look elsewhere for a transparent, professional plumbing outfit who arrive prepared to perform work.

Wow it was such a cool time I got to spend with John he fixed some plumbing issues for me and saved me alot of money.
