I have used These guys on 3 plumbing projects, both for myself and aging parents. Each time, they did great work, on time, and with no drama.

Mike and his guys were knowledgeable about products (water heaters) and gave great advice about a tankless heater that fit the bill perfectly. All of the crew was nice to deal with, showed up on time, and left the job site clean and neat.

There was one problem-the computer gizmo that controls the new water heater went out shortly after the install. The board was replaced within a day of calling, no drama, no questions, no charge and even an apology-even though it wasn’t their fault.

Are they the cheapest? No idea, but the work was certainly priced within my expectations. They will be my first call for all future plumbing projects.

I will never use this business again! VERY UNHAPPY with their work and lack of professionalism. Western Plumbing was contracted through our general contractor during a complete remodel. We have had continuous issues and with the work done due to their inability to recommend repair and replacement of pre existing problems. In short, they installed new fixtures on faulty plumbing and knew it!

There really aren't words to describe the all-around professionalism of this team. I wish I could mirror them in my own business. I sought multiple quotes from multiple plumbers that do in-depth Sewer line installation and connection, including permit submission for a very, very complex municipal entity that was extremely difficult to work with. The other 4 local plumbers were Not even close in my mind, SRS was Hands down the only choice, and they followed thru the entire project with perfection. The owner was very responsive in site visit and quote, patient in working this project over many months, ON Top if it once permits accepted, and their team was Quick to jump in and get the work done in under 72 hours leaving NO MESS, NO headache for me to clean up. They even quickly returned once a permit needed 1 more step complete, and again left NO MESS. My wife and are are beyond appreciative, and I only wish I had more plumbing problems so I could enjoy their kind demeanor and professional Crew and foremen. If you don't contact them, you're fully missing out on the Best Experience possible for plumbing and underground sewer work. I cannot imagine any way they could have done better.

Looking for a plumber on a Sunday night I got several answering machines but Anytime answered the phone and would have come out right away if it had been an emergency. Instead, they gave me options for the next day. Matt was punctual, courteous, professional and effective. He was also really great about cleaning up after himself. It was one of the best plumbing experiences I've ever had. M.M.

Late Saturday evening I was alerted by my neighbor that my front yard was leaking. After calling several different plumbers, Home Advisor got me in touch with Rob from PDX Sewer Solutions.

Rob was able to help calm me down, use his experience to walk me through my next steps, and showed up at my house within the hour even though he was coming from a couple towns away. Rob and Ty were quickly able to turn off my water line to prevent further damage to my property and were back first thing Sunday morning to find the root cause.

The crew was prompt, professional, and extremely quick with their repairs. Even though they dug a hole almost 5 feet deep, you would never be able to tell with how clean and neat everything was put back together. These guys saved my day and my home; I cannot recommend them enough!

Rob does this work because he genuinely enjoys it. His knowledge, experience, and care for the job/ customer is truly above and beyond. As a first-time homeowner and this being my first sewer line break, I am blessed to have been put in contact with Rob. He helped assure me that everything was going to be okay, kept me in the loop every step of the way, and is one of the most honest contractors I have ever had the pleasure of working with. This is the guy you need and want!

Terry's work is absolutely top notch. I had a leaking pipe, and not only did he fix the issue, he determined that the pipe itself was unnecessarily long (since the house was old and plumbing work had been done and re-done in different ways over the years) and rerouted the water via a shorter path. Now my downstairs shower has far more water pressure than it has in the nearly 15 years I've lived in my house (it's almost scary how much pressure there is now). The next time I have a plumbing issue, Terry will be the first person I call.

Excellent service at a very reasonable price. Friendly. Repaired my sewer line quickly and professionally. Smitty has a lot of experience. Believe he spent many years with Pro Drain(also has provided me good service) before going it on his own.

The office staff fit us into their schedule efficiently when an opening came up, communicated clearly, showed up on time, did the work on the spot for a fair price. It was a good experience all around.

Steve was wonderful. Very straight forward and honest. Worth every penny and I won’t go anywhere else. 2 other drain guys couldn’t get done what he was able to do in about 35 minutes. Thanks again, Steve and I hope to never need you again LoL but if I do you’re my guy !

They were so amazing. They even fixed my fridge for free so we can finally use our ice maker! They were professional and completed the job quickly. I wasn’t hassled for payment until after the inspection was complete. I would recommend them to friends and family.

Watched a power plumbing driver cut off someone because they didn't bother using their blinkers and watch them drive into the opposite lane so that they can bypass traffic to then get into a turn lane illegally clearly these are not the people you should trust to handle your plumbing if they can't handle basic drivers laws.

I was worried when I read reviews but had no choice since they are who our Home Warranty service chose. But Zach (the first guy to come out to check out the problem) was great, professional and knowledgeable, answered all our questions clearly. And then the two guys who came out to do the installation were great as well. We were relieved and pleased.
