We live in Tigard and had a problem with wastewater bubbling up from a crack in the street away from our property (March 2020). We're responsible for over 200' of sewer lateral, most of it under the City street. The thought of dealing with digging up the road was really unappealing. David from Sewer Renewal was really responsive and invested in helping us. He arrived quickly, helped diagnose the problem, and set us up with a repair. The team arrived, took care of everything, and got us back in service really quickly and at a very reasonable cost. Dealing with sewer problems is never fun, but these guys will take good care of you. I highly recommend giving them a call before you look at other, more invasive solutions.

Fat and efficient.

I was totally overwhelmed starting with a knock on the door from a water district employee, telling me I had a major leak in my main line. I remembered my late husband telling me if I need plumbing help to call Ty Sutherland from Sutherland Plumbing. So I did! He was out within a day, explained everything to me, gave me two options, took the time to explain it again to my son. They had to put a new line in and they had it finished within 4 hours! Two weeks later, I had another major water issue at a home out of town and I called Ty once again. He came all the way out to look at the problem and gave me a recommendation on how to go about fixing the issue. In this day and age, it’s hard to find someone goes out of their way to help, is straight up, honest, kind and very reasonable repair costs. I will never use anyone else for any plumbing issue.

Is good service.

I was in a bind with a plumbing issue that had been previously misdiagnosed. The new plumbing service I called sent over Ricky who quickly identified and fixed the problem. He was all business and got the job done quickly and efficiently. I was impressed with his expertise and the prompt resolution of my issue. I highly recommend this plumbing service and especially Ricky for anyone in need of a reliable and knowledgeable plumber.

I had such confidence in Rob for my recent sewer-pipe replacement. For starters, after my initial call, he quickly came out to do the video scope and give the bid. His bid was complete and his price lower than all but one of the six other plumbing companies I carefully vetted. Plus, he is such a warm, kind, courteous, thoughtful, down-to-earth, get-it-done and fun man with an old-school charm—and decades of experience. I had already done a ton of research about the two different methods of sewer-pipe replacement, and he made sure I completely understood all that he’d be doing, and was happy to answer any questions. I felt that he really cared about his workmanship, and me. With his easygoing yet hard-working son Robbie, the sewer-pipe job took two days, just like Rob said it would. They were friendly to my neighbors, careful with my trees, protected my plants and lawn, replaced the sod in my yard, and you can’t even tell they were here. I highly recommend PDX Sewer Solutions for sewer-pipe work and other plumbing.

Had a slow leak detected between shutoff valve and the meter. Not an emergency. Leaking PVC pipe was about 18 underground. Terry showed up on time, outlined the likely process. He and David took care of the problem in a few hours. Met / exceeded all hopes and expectations. On time, honest, good communicators. Highly recommended. Will be our first option for future plumbing needs.

Awesome company. I highly recommend them for any sewer service you need or any service they perform. Polite knowledgeable flexible professional. Amazing guy. I can’t say enough good about this company. He goes above and beyond his job and make sure it is done right. I bought a House that had sewer problems and he needs exactly what needed to be done. Two days later my sewer is fixed. I was stressed thinking maybe I would be without water for 2 days. Once he started he said only a few hours I would be without water. So thank you! Look no further for all your plumbing needs. If I could give more stars I would. I have zero complaints nothing negative it was the smoothest process.

Phenomenal customer service. I called them today because of a leak I had on the water valve for the entire house. I didn’t get the gentleman’s name that answered but I wish I had. He got the standard info, year of the house, location of valve, etc. He gave me the best case and worst case scenarios. He proceeded to talk me through a few steps to see if we could get it to stop leaking, as it was very tiny and not just spewing out of the valve. Sure enough I followed the steps he talked me through and got it to stop leaking. I will only call Diligent if I need future plumbing work.

This is a very professional, knowledgeable and very sincere company. I called the same day and got service and they fixed the situation. The repairman was straightforward, explained all the situations, evaluated the problem. I signed the forms and he got busy cleaning the drains. I asked a lot of questions and got an answer for everyone. I haven’t had this type of service in years. I highly recommend this company!!

My neighbors called this company but for some reason they're blocking my driveway and when I came out to ask the driver to move the car he told me he'd be leaving in a few minutes anyway and then just walked away and disappeared. I said I needed to be able to get out of my driveway soon and I am not convinced that that matters to anyone. Furthermore I don't even see the necessity for blocking my driveway.

We Remodeled a house project with them. I liked them, but they installed a water mixer on top of the hot water heater that made the tank stack and trip the shut off, so no hot water. Upon calling them, Western stated they don't repair anything related to the hot water heater and had me call a hot water heater repair company. Two months later as this had been going on the, hot water repair company finally figured out that Western had improperly installed the water mixer on top of the tank. The repair company did then fix the issue by removing the part. The repair company then charged me for the work. I told them they should be charging Western Plumbing and you would think that Western would stand behind their installation. After arguing with the owner of Western Plumbing about it he refuse to pay them, stating the county required the mixer even though they knew it would be a problem ( no one told me ) The plumbing contract was well over 35K and the charge for repair was 150.00. As a sub-contractor, business owner myself, I would think they would take care of the bill with out complaint. Not impressed and will let others know my experience,
