Always fast, courteous service!

I called them on a Sunday and a technician showed up first thing Monday morning. I had water backing up in my basement drain and Estley came and tried to snake the drain clear but was unsuccessful. Daniel was called and ran a camera down the line and found the problem. These two men were awesome. They were friendly, helpful and explained everything they were doing and what the solutions were. Daniel went out of his way to dumb down the problems for me and he really calmed me down. I was in panic mode expecting to be out thousands,instead he was able to bring the costs down. He also was able to schedule the repair two days later instead of the usual week or so. These guys are my heroes, Daniel especially went out of his way to make this repair the least stressful and financially feasible. Thank you both for helping me and making the day a little less stressful. I will definitely be recommending this company to friends and family.

There really aren't words to describe the all-around professionalism of this team. I wish I could mirror them in my own business. I sought multiple quotes from multiple plumbers that do in-depth Sewer line installation and connection, including permit submission for a very, very complex municipal entity that was extremely difficult to work with. The other 4 local plumbers were Not even close in my mind, SRS was Hands down the only choice, and they followed thru the entire project with perfection. The owner was very responsive in site visit and quote, patient in working this project over many months, ON Top if it once permits accepted, and their team was Quick to jump in and get the work done in under 72 hours leaving NO MESS, NO headache for me to clean up. They even quickly returned once a permit needed 1 more step complete, and again left NO MESS. My wife and are are beyond appreciative, and I only wish I had more plumbing problems so I could enjoy their kind demeanor and professional Crew and foremen. If you don't contact them, you're fully missing out on the Best Experience possible for plumbing and underground sewer work. I cannot imagine any way they could have done better.

I had 3 separate items that needed attention. While I was very happy with the nice men who came and looked at the problems, their answers were super expensive! One problem was a gasket in the toilet. They explained how they only like another brand of toilet and if I wanted them to replace the whole toilet They could do that. The price seemed 3 or 4xs more than going to get my own. I did get the gasket # from them and ordered it from Amazon for 6$! I installed it myself! I'm frustrated that they didn't even offer that as a fix. They would have had a life long customer if they were looking out for me, instead of trying to make a small job into a big ticket item.

I could write a novel about how amazing this company is! Charles, Ashley and their crews go above and beyond, every time. We have used their company for a long time and are so grateful. Plumbers are always professional and friendly, the dispatch team is out of this world, and you can always count on them to get the job done right. They service all of our apartment complexes and investment properties. Thank you for all that you guys do!

We are not on city sewer and have a septic tank with a warning alarm where we live. The alarm was tripped on a Sunday afternoon and we knew we either needed the tank pumped or maybe our pump failed. We experienced this before and knew we needed to get service ASAP. Monday morning I called PDX Sewer Solutions to help us out. Rob took my call and discuss options with me. He came over quickly (within 1-2 hours) to take a look and assess our situation. He was able to what we needed and he helped us right away. Rob was so kind and easy to work with. He explained everything in detail and the price was lower than other companies we have used in the past. I am an extremely happy customer and they will be my first call the next time we need service. I highly recommend PDX Sewer Solutions and will be a happy return customer.

Excellent plumbing and sewer professionals

Great service

I wish I could give this establishment a zero star rating. My landlord sent them to have a look at my water heater last week, because it's been beeping incessantly. The beeping didn't stop after they did their work, so yesterday I called back to schedule another visit. It's always my policy to be polite with people when I'm asking for a service over the phone, or in person, and generally in all of my interactions. After politely explaining the situation to the owner, who answered the phone, he said that I could schedule an appointment with his dispatcher. He forgets to mute his phone, passes me off to his dispatcher and says some lady bitching about her water heater.

I cannot begin to explain the shock and hurt that I felt when this word was applied to me, for the simple fact that I was a woman asking for something. When confronted, they proceeded to first, lie to me, denying it was ever said even though I clearly heard it, and second, admit that it was said and justify it with that's just how we talk around here.

This company deserves to go out of business if it's their custom to degrade their female clients after hanging up the phone. It's 2018, and Happy's Plumbing needs to get it together and start respecting people.
