These guys did my whole house repipe and when I noticed over a year later some issues, they came back that very day and fixed everything, going above and beyond. I’d had a refrigerator delivery team refuse to install a new fridge because of something that wasn’t these guy’s responsibility and PEX fixed it for me no problem and they did not charge me anything. These guys rock!!!

I returned from vacation late last week to a bum hot water heater. I called Pacific Crest Plumbing, and despite a busy schedule during the holidays, Anna was sympathetic and helpful, fitting me in so that I didn't have to live without hot water any longer.

Nick installed the new tank (it's a beaut, too!) himself, and then took the time to ensure I understood everything he did and how to work the controls. He also repaired my toilet, a problem that I sprung on him when he arrived, and offered advice on some additional work I need done.

This was, hands down, the best experience I've ever had with a plumbing company. They are kind, helpful, professional, and, best of all, honest. They've definitely made a new friend and loyal customer. I no longer fear plumbing problems!

From the initial call, the sales visit and quote, to the crew that came out and did the work, to the ending sheetrock job, everything was done exactly as they said it would be, and on the timeline that they agreed to.The install crew was like a well oiled machine! Each person knew exactly what their responsibility was and went about doing it. Efficiency is a word that comes to mind. I can not tell you how professional every single member was!

From the initial phone inquiry to repair two old galvanized pipes to the flawless execution of the work, Cornel's Plumbing was top-notch. It's always refreshing to find a company who checks off all the right boxes! While our water leaks weren't extensive, the age and access to the pipes was a challenge. Juan, our technician, was professional, communicative, and honest as he carefully reviewed the work involved. He was extraordinarily patient, focused, and thorough to complete the job and was always respectful of our home. His willingness to engage and answer any of our questions or concerns was a real plus! Bruce and his crew are some of the most professional people I have ever met. I got four bids before replacing my hundred year old sewer line and ultimately chose Axiom. It's a scary, expensive project but Axiom's bid was very reasonable and their work was top notch. They gave me a brand new sewer line and returned my yard to its pre-excavation state. Bruce even gave me some advice on my bathroom renovation and recommended a gorgeous floor to ceiling tile solution. Highly recommended!
