I contacted David and the crew because other contractors failed to show up for their appointments. Now I wished I had contacted Sewer Renewal Specialists first. Not only were they expedient and timely in coming to inspect my sewer line but they promptly arranged for the repairs, applied for the permits with the city, and arrived on time and completed the repairs ahead of schedule. Now I know this next part will be hard to believe but they completed the repairs UNDER the bid price! I have rarely if ever had such a great experience in what could have been a potential disaster. Thank you David for everything you did to make it all happen they way you said it would. You are a man of your word and your business deserves all the praise I can send your way.

Cameron & Jack installed 2 new toilets that we purchased from Sutherland for us and were very professional, clean, and efficient. We love our new toilets and would highly recommend Sutherland and will be using them for any other plumbing needs that arise!

We had an issue with our gutter drain field. Even though gutters had been cleaned, they were not draining. Smitty's workers came over and dug up the area. Found the pipe connected, a new drain pipe and a pop-up. This looks like it will take care of the problem. They did good work and were reasonably priced. They put things back as they found them. I would recommend using them for your drain & sewer needs. Kyla

I can't say enough about how satisfied I am with the service from Justin at Bruner Plumbing. I've had a shower valve that has had very low flow for months and tried everything I knew to remedy the situation, finally throwing in the towel and calling Bruner. Justin came on a service call and took the perfect methodical approach to solving the problem. Worst case scenario would have been cutting into the wall & drywall to replace the shower valve. Justin worked step by step backwashing and purging hot and cold supply lines and the valve and solved the problem. Bruner is my go to plumbing contractor and that's a comfort for me to have a solid, qualified & professional plumbing contractor in my arsenal for any problems that may come up down the road. I recommend them without reservation for your plumbing needs.

Vitality was responsive working hen I reached out for help with my urgent need. His voicemail said to text if you needed a response quickly which I did. Unlike countless other companies that I had reached out to and waited to hear back from my guy almost an immediate response. A breath of fresh air in the Covid/post Covid era where people don’t even bother to return a call or if they do they can’t help you in your time of need. He came the next day with his colleague during the timeframe he stated. They were polite, put on shoe covers and face masks. They were respectful and professional—something that should be common sense but is not these days. I think the saying goes common sense is not so common anymore. These two young men showed common sense , courtesy and great care. I took Vitality’s assistant to the breaker box and when we were returning inside the house he politely hurried to open the door for me and allowed me to enter first. A sign of a gentleman. While the service did cost quite a bit, I supplied my own top-of-the-line appliance and needed the job completed now, not 2 months out like everyone I called was telling me. I certainly would recommend these guys to do a professional job and would most certainly use them again if I had something that urgently needed taken care of. I think that the workmanship was fine from my observations and they warrantee their labour for three years.

Steve, Came over within an hour my drain was flowing again. I especially liked how curtious he was. Very clean work, Steve had shoe covers to keep our carpets clean. He also covered everything around the work area to keep splashes off the surrounding walls and cabinets. Didn't leave a big mess for me to clean up, looked like he hadn't even been there when he was done. I really appreciate that kind of service. Very reasonably price as well.

I ever need this service again I will call AAA Drain Cleaning Gresham.

Found lead near hot water heater & furnace and called All Pro. Plumber Johnny showed ups and correctly diagnosed problem as a leaking air conditioner condensate line, not a water supply leak. Since he was able to do this without any tools from his truck, he didn't charge me anything. Way to go All Pro!!! Will be calling you guys again if we have any real plumbing issues! Thank you!

We moved into our West Linn home just over a year ago and we have had Bob with Nichols Plumbing out 3 times for 3 separate issues. Each time he was very responsive, especially for one plumbing emergency. Bob is very knowledgeable, and his prices are fair. On his most recent visit he replaced our hot water tank with a nice 75-gallon tank. It is nice, our family has yet to run out of hot water.
