Best Regular Plumbing Maintenance in Portland OR

Wouldn't even give it one star. Ordered water for my pool, filled it with gross rusty water. It is now 1/2 full with bright orange water. In the past I have received two truckloads of clean water but this time. one truckload of rusty water and they tried to charge me more then I had paid in the past. The girl on the phone said you ordered water and we brought you water, I understand it not usable but it still water .
Needless to say, not paying the bill, not using them ever again and sadly still no full pool.

They did a amazing job. Cleaned up well afterwards and even fixed a locked door in our garage by the furnace that we assumed didn't work anymore. Great job!!!!

When looking for repairs to you home honesty is the most important thing. I have done business with him three different times in less than a year. He has always taken time for me and delivered on what he said he would do.

Green Box was very responsive and followed up on my questions quickly. They re-plumbed most of the house, added an HVAC vent, and installed ground rods. They were easy to work with remotely and communicated very effectively.

Erik Buckner did a great job helping us resolve a difficult drain issue. We can finally do laundry again!

Always there when we need them

Installer Dave, first wasn’t able to get the water valve turned off, ok cool, called water company, they said they would send someone. Dave didn’t try very hard cause all I had to do was spray WD-40 on the valve. 30 mins later two calls to the water company Dave unpacks his tools again and begins installation. Wedged a pipe between the wall and water heater. PDX city inspector comes out and says that’s a no no. 2nd visit FWH (Dave & helper) comes doesn’t have any information as to why he’s there, 40 mins of explaining what the inspector wants, he again squeezed blocks between the wall and water heater, PDX inspector says it’s the same proofs the pipe. Blocks need to be secured to wall, which I explained to Dave the first 30 mins. Tried to get them to resolve, but it took forever and we have renters moving in, contacted HandyMoms to correct issue. Don’t waste your time with this company, the 599$ installation wasn’t worth the agony of dealing w an incompetent company. Cost me more money !

When the person coming out needs to tell you they are qualified, that was the first hint of a problem. For a simple thing of finding a leak, they charge $425 for less than 30 minutes of time.

We wanted AC for our elderly mom and called Caliber. Have used them dozens of times commercially for repair, emergency calls, and new TI installations. Always our plumbing and mechanical go to company.
Was extremely pleased with the care, cleanliness, responsiveness, and thorough job installing an entirely new system in a different orientation in the attic of a 1930 bungalow completely remodeled in 1992. All the ducting had to be re-routed and a suspended platform built to hang the coil, furnace, and filter boxes.
They even returned the next day to replace a bad smart thermostat that didn’t work correctly as intended.
The following week the air quality for fires in Oregon plummeted, but her new adjustable air filtration unit with a 4”MERV 11 filter kept the air clean and breathable.
I now buy my filters for less through them rather than get lost in the online shopping or big box wall of wrong size filer options.
5 star service, price, professionalism, and care.

They charged me $400.00 to snake a basement laundry drain. $160.00 of the bill was “mobilization” fee which they would not explain. I could not get a call back from the tech. after two requests to clarify his comments on the invoice. Rude and unhelpful customer service. I would recommend others to steer clear.

Initially suggested a more cost-effective means to resolve problem. When that didnt work, professionally handled the problem.
