When I was working on a parking lot for another company, I found myself impressed with the layout of the lines and optimization of the space. Once the job was done, I discovered it had been planned out by River City. I want to learn from the best so, I’m applying to work for them now. Duane came out on a Sunday to help me with a bathroom remodel. Did a great job and was very knowledgeable.

They did a great job installing our ceiling light. Our electrician Jeremy even had an apprentice with him and walked him through the install in a kind and patient manner. I always feel like you can tell the kind of professional someone is while watching this kind of interaction. The light looks great and I would highly recommend these folks!

Devin showed up early and was extremely communicative about his eta to our house to make sure that that would work for us. He arrived with a smile on his face and a positive attitude. Devin continued with his great communication even when our clogged drain made him take additional steps to fix the issue. Despite the addition time and effort that Devin had to go to, his smile and positive attitude remained just as it had when he arrived.I don’t write reviews often, if ever, but I would recommend Apollo Drain to anyone and tell them to specifically request Devin.

Called on Sunday afternoon with a broken water heater. New one was installed before noon on Monday. Ryan was super helpful on the phone getting our quote and getting us scheduled. I did have to hold about 15 minutes for one caller ahead of us, but it was well worth the wait. The next day Caleb was on time and professional and did a great job getting us hooked up. The installation looks clean and professional. The final price was a little more on Monday as we needed a new stand and opted for the addition of an emergency shut-off. I used their service through Home Depot because I wanted to use my Home Depot card to pay.

I used American Leak Detection twice recently, both times the work was performed by John Lyon.

The first job was finding the leak in my upstairs shower that was coming thru the kitchen ceiling. John used many different techniques to carefully check and find the leak.

The second job was finding the leak in my main water service line to the house. Again John used excellent techniques to find this leak.

The break in the sewer pipe was located under the foundation of the house and the connection to the septic tank was sagging. Bruce arrived with a large crew who were friendly and focused. They hung plastic sheeting, set protection board, and deployed jack hammers and excavators within minutes. They broke through the basement floor and drain flies billowed out like smoke. The crew took it in stride, vacuuming flies and removing bad soil. Driving off to work I admit I was nervous about what impact there would be on our family room and flower garden. I returned that evening and Axiom was just putting the finishing touches on a complicated repair. The garden was restored like new. Next morning the carpet was rolled over the concrete patch and tacked back in place. They even top-dressed our gravel drive with leftover crushed rock at no cost. I was struck by their professionalism; they seemed to enjoy the complexity of the job. I would call Axiom PDX again without hesitation. Great service at a price significantly less than the competition.
