Best Preventative Maintenance in Portland OR

I contacted David and the crew because other contractors failed to show up for their appointments. Now I wished I had contacted Sewer Renewal Specialists first. Not only were they expedient and timely in coming to inspect my sewer line but they promptly arranged for the repairs, applied for the permits with the city, and arrived on time and completed the repairs ahead of schedule. Now I know this next part will be hard to believe but they completed the repairs UNDER the bid price! I have rarely if ever had such a great experience in what could have been a potential disaster. Thank you David for everything you did to make it all happen they way you said it would. You are a man of your word and your business deserves all the praise I can send your way.

The person who answers your call is friendly too.
But fees are too high in my opinion. And they charge just to come check something out. Even if they were the ones who did the service a couple weeks before. You get a year workmanship warranty from them. But if you have any questions or concerns. They'll charge you to come take a look. And you will only not be charged IF they found a problem that they can't say isn't from them.
I don't agree with how they deal with their business. Of course it's nice for them as a company but you feel cheated out of your money as a customer.
Also unfortunately you have to be available in a 4 hour window. You can't schedule a time any closer, but you can call like an hour before your scheduled 4 hour window and see when they will arrive approximately.

Id only recommend them if you have an emergency and there isn't any other services available. I believe they are available 24 hrs a day for emergencies. Their prices are only worth it if it is an emergency imo.

I think River City saved my house. They responded so fast to the yuck in my yard and that’s how I discovered we weren’t on the sewer system, but a septic tank. They took such good care of us that I couldn’t be more satisfied by how well they handled everything.

Mario is amazing. Very easy to work with. Talks over the phone and tells you how things are in a way you can understand. In my case he came out to unplug the drain to the septic instead he helped us find out our septic tank and showed me that it was full and needed pumped. He didn’t even charge me for the trip although he certainly could have as his service was valuable. I highly recommend Smitty’s if you’re looking for a place where you can quickly get a response from a human who will treat you fairly and do very good work if you need it.

Thank you to Bryan for completely changing out our leaky pipes under our kitchen sink! It was done thoroughly and in a timely manner. He was very courteous and clean.

The office staff fit us into their schedule efficiently when an opening came up, communicated clearly, showed up on time, did the work on the spot for a fair price. It was a good experience all around.

Brandon Chin did a great job on my AC system. He went above and beyond what he was there to do. I had 2 rooms that weren’t cooling very well so he took a look a look for me in my attic. He found a couple of problems fixed them quickly and no charge it was his pleasure to help out. Now that’s customer service I will never use any other company other the Apollo for my heating and cooling or plumbing needs from now on.

Travis at Executive Drains was very professional, prompt and did excellent work installing our new toilet and then following up 11 months later when there was a question. Highly recommend.

Service Plus Plumbing, and Jordan in specific, were great. On time, worked around me picking up my kid from school, and super respectful right away. They assessed the problem efficiently. I asked Jordan to look around for any other possible problems. He did, no problem.

In an era of uncertainty, Service Plus Plumbing is a number I will keep and pass along to friends. And I will ask for Jordan each time as well.

Just had an outstanding experience with Ethan. He was 15 minutes ahead of the service window, worked hard on a stubborn problem, and left the place better than when he arrived. I was extremely pleased and will use Lovett again for any future plumbing needs.

Their employees drive dangerously in their company rigs. Weaving in & out of stop & go traffic, cutting off loaded trucks, forced multiple rigs onto the shoulder. Near West Linn on 205 on 7/6/22.
