Joe is fantastic.

I'll start with the fact that he owns his own business and he takes great pride in his work. He responded to our message about our leaking water heater within a couple hours! Joe shared with us all the information we needed to make a decision (no pressure or sly sales tricks) and he came out the following morning! I was totally overwhelmed starting with a knock on the door from a water district employee, telling me I had a major leak in my main line. I remembered my late husband telling me if I need plumbing help to call Ty Sutherland from Sutherland Plumbing. So I did! He was out within a day, explained everything to me, gave me two options, took the time to explain it again to my son. They had to put a new line in and they had it finished within 4 hours! Two weeks later, I had another major water issue at a home out of town and I called Ty once again. He came all the way out to look at the problem and gave me a recommendation on how to go about fixing the issue. In this day and age, it’s hard to find someone goes out of their way to help, is straight up, honest, kind and very reasonable repair costs. I will never use anyone else for any plumbing issue.

Aaron-l was the tech who came to replace broken sewer pump. He was very professional, patient, knowledgeable, and clean.
The repair was fairly priced

Oh my gosh JEREMY is such a life saver! Thank god for him and another works person to help me out! I clogged my pipes and the toilets weren’t working and the bathtub and shower were starting to overflow with water! Mind you, I take responsibility for the clogging! But Jeremy was so kind and nice! And a great conversationalist as a whole! If you ever need help, Jeremy is your guy! Very appreciative of the service and hopefully won’t need the service again! No more paper towels! Hehe

Straight to the point work described perfectly no extra cost

I had a broken pipe, called TMP and he fit my repair in to his already scheduled day. I just couldn't have asked for more. Thanks Terry and company.

Mario was awesome. We were having gutters put in and needed an outside drain cap cut off in a hurry for a new downspout. We could not find a soul to do that. This was a dinky job but he did it anyway and quickly. He also gave us advice that saved us a huge headache and a ton of money had we listened to another company. Plus, he was just so pleasant and professional. We would hire him for any larger job in a heartbeat. Thanks Mario simply for being blunt and honest!

Tim from Standard Plumbing & Heating gave us excellent service! He was very prompt, friendly, knowledgeable and got the job done right! He was able to diagnose that the leak in our bathroom was coming from the wax seal under the toilet, replaced & repaired it. Tim also took a looked at & replaced the guts of both of our toilets, which he explained needed to be done, in an understandable way and saved us money in the long run. Tim also didn’t leave a mess big mess behind, which I always appreciate. We will definitely call them in he future for all of our plumbing needs!

Beyond outstanding service. We spotted a leak in our ceiling on a Thursday evening. GLS got us onto their schedule the next day. The crew worked quickly and thoroughly to identify the source of the leak and get it fixed for us. They were thoroughly communicative throughout the process, letting us know our options and what they were doing. They were clean and respectful of our house. Plus, they were affordable. I will be keeping their card for my next plumbing situation.

Gene did a great job replacing the copper drain pipe from our kitchen sink, as well as a few additional items. In his initial house call, he gave me enough guidance to start opening walls and moving obstacles to clear the path for him. Consequently, when he came out a couple weeks later for the job, the job did not take him as long, and he had some additional time to good naturedly take care of a few smaller jobs that were not part of the initial job scope. These included removing some old service lines for a auxiliary sink and replacing a cartridge in a shower faucet. I would suggest, however, that you get a clear idea of hourly rates and parts overhead loading before proceeding with Pipeline or any contractor. I neglected to do so in my casual conversation with him during the initial house call. While the final bill (about $1490) was very reasonable for all the services provided, I would have appreciated a more detailed reconciliation of the charges.
