The team kept in contact to let me know when to expect arrival and they clearly explained what they would be doing and providing pricing options for repairs. Great experience from beginning to end. I won’t hesitate to call 3 Mountains Plumbing for future needs.

Couldn't give this guy enough stars. Very nice, helpful and personable. Allowed us to complete some of the job ourselves to avoid paying more than we had to (we had a water main break, and we dug it out ourselves). Very reasonable rates.

Vitality was responsive working hen I reached out for help with my urgent need. His voicemail said to text if you needed a response quickly which I did. Unlike countless other companies that I had reached out to and waited to hear back from my guy almost an immediate response. A breath of fresh air in the Covid/post Covid era where people don’t even bother to return a call or if they do they can’t help you in your time of need. He came the next day with his colleague during the timeframe he stated. They were polite, put on shoe covers and face masks. They were respectful and professional—something that should be common sense but is not these days. I think the saying goes common sense is not so common anymore. These two young men showed common sense , courtesy and great care. I took Vitality’s assistant to the breaker box and when we were returning inside the house he politely hurried to open the door for me and allowed me to enter first. A sign of a gentleman. While the service did cost quite a bit, I supplied my own top-of-the-line appliance and needed the job completed now, not 2 months out like everyone I called was telling me. I certainly would recommend these guys to do a professional job and would most certainly use them again if I had something that urgently needed taken care of. I think that the workmanship was fine from my observations and they warrantee their labour for three years.

Jason, Gaven, and Enrique did a very nice job. They were very quick and installed all new pipes in just one day. Our hot water pressure has never been better!

The office staff fit us into their schedule efficiently when an opening came up, communicated clearly, showed up on time, did the work on the spot for a fair price. It was a good experience all around.

I called up Frontier Plumbing and Drain for a straight forward alcove tub install for my bathroom renovation projects. What turned into a single day job, quickly became week long project. Not because of Frontiers work, but the shoddy job previous home owners and builders did.

Jeff was great. Was up front with the costs and extra time it would take. He did what he said he would do got under budget as well. I can't but help recommend Frontier Plumbing and Drain enough to everyone I talk with.

Mike and his crew were able to do a trenchless repair on a sewer connection separation within the same week we called for a quote. Mike was able to complete the job for half of the cost of another plumbing company who wanted to dig up the street for the repair. Will call Mike again in the future.

Easy to make an app, on time, and reasonable. He did a great job and will be my first call when needed again!

First Review: One of your trucks just left cardboard boxes in my yard. I didn't and won't hire you to do work if your employees think it's ok to just leave your trash/recycling for neighbors to deal with.

I used this company five years ago to replace my hot water tank and was super happy with the price and service. That was then... I called in early June because I needed some plumbing work done and was told they were very busy, so it would probably be July before they could do it and they'd call back with a date. Didn't happen, so I called back. Maybe August, but please send us a photo of your faucet. I did. Nothing, so I called back and heard about how busy they were but that they'd get back to me ASAP. It's now the last day of September. If this is how a returning customer is treated, well, you might want to think twice or three times about doing business with them.

We have had Bob out once to sink a new tub and install drain, shower and tub faucet. That was a big job. Today he came out to replace our exterior hose bibs. He is so professional and does excellent work. I think everyone in Oak Grove should use Nichols Plumbing. Bob thank your wonderful service.

Bought a water heater from them in 2017 and they installed a propane water heater which my natural gas does nit convert to. I called them and the lady was rude and extremely unprofessional, she told me that since they are closing their doors this week and going out do business it doesn't matter. Talked to a very reputable plumbing company Sky Heating, AC, Plumbing and Electrical and they said that is absolutely wrong and why my unit is leaking. Do not work with this company and if you need a plumbing company go to them because unlike Western Plumbing they know what they are doing, they are professional and they actually care about people and the work they do. I will be filing a complaint with the CCB as well as the Attorney General. The least they could do is prorate the cost so we can put it towards a new one since they screwed up.

So happy we discovered Happy Plumbing. Leslie is the one you will be lucky to get on the phone when you call. Can’t say I’ve experienced a more personable and caring problem solver like her in years. The crews she sends out are always on time and incredibly friendly and courteous. And to show how classy they are, when they couldn’t easily replace our worn-out specialty water heater, they didn’t try to upsell us. Instead Leslie recommended another plumber without hesitation who she said was the best in Portland at tricky water heater installations. That kind of honesty and integrity is true care that customers like me never forget.
