Our water heater was on its last days so I texted and left Joe a voicemail and within a couple hours had quotes and options, which was exactly what we were looking for. Coincidentally 5 days later our water heater leaked all over the garage so I texted Joe at 8:00 am hoping to get on his schedule ASAP and he was at our house at 1:00 pm SAME DAY! He had the new tank in his truck and had everything he needed and got to work putting in the new one and hauling away the old one. He was done in 2 hours and we had hot water by 4:00 pm. Thanks Joe!

We had a leak detected from our water meter. Upon shutting off our house water supply, the water was still flowing. Ti came to our house to diagnose the issue and very thoroughly explained what the issue could be and our different options/costs associated. Thinking it could be an issue with the main water line, we scheduled a replacement. Ti and his crew were very easy to work around our busy schedule. Upon started the work, Ti and Cameron discovered the leak was actually an issue with irrigation and we had no need to replace the entire main water line. They were very honest and ended up saving us 1000s of dollars. Their service was very good and I would highly recommend them if you care about honesty and quality.

Called and had Tyrone come the next day and fix my leaking toilet. Friendly and professional service would recommend to anyone!

The company I work for usually relies on River City to take care of our office lots. After a storm one weekend, we came back to a mess and a flooded lot. They were fast about getting out to us and had everything flowing like normal in no time. They even followed up after the storm that followed.

They were our heroes during our basement flood! Anytime Plumbing rushed over and helped assess the damage immediately. The worked closely with our insurance company, while also taking time to explain the damage to us. We will be life long customers.

I'm recommending them to everyone. Rob came out before he started work for the day to look at a leak in my water main, despite being absolutely slammed. Since I was still getting quotes, he gave me his card and told me to call, but while he was here, he found the exact placement of the leak--making those quotes WAY more effective. When I called him to get the work done, he and his son fit me into the schedule and did beyond what was necessary to make sure my house was taken care of, my new pipe was safe from the same problem happening again AND that I knew who to contact about adjusting my bill now that things were fixed. Terry's work is absolutely top notch. I had a leaking pipe, and not only did he fix the issue, he determined that the pipe itself was unnecessarily long (since the house was old and plumbing work had been done and re-done in different ways over the years) and rerouted the water via a shorter path. Now my downstairs shower has far more water pressure than it has in the nearly 15 years I've lived in my house (it's almost scary how much pressure there is now). The next time I have a plumbing issue, Terry will be the first person I call.

Called and discussed my water line between curb and house was leaking. Prices were about half of other plumbers for boring a new line and/or labor. Talked with Rich and scheduled repair for the following week. Even though my friend and I repaired the leak ourselves over the weekend, I would have chosen Western Plumbing for my repair based on the honesty and confidence I felt after talking to Rich.
