Best Plumbing Repair / Installation in Portland OR

We called Joe after our water tank suddenly decided it was time to be replaced by profusely leaking all over part of our garage. On a Sunday morning mind you. Joe graciously came out that afternoon with a brand new water tank, installed it and was done in a matter of a couple hours. He answered all of our questions, was personable and very knowledgeable. We can’t thank Joe enough for saving the day and would definitely recommend him to anyone needing a new water tank or repair!

Jeff from 3 Mountains Plumbing was on time and professional and really seemed to know the ins and outs of sewer scoping. With his technology he found the leak underneath the kitchen in our finished basement. Big whole in the pipe of this 1913 house. We wish that we did not have the leak -- but so glad that Jeff was able to find it and schedule plumbing and escavation tomorrow. Thank you Jeff and team!

Portland Star Plumbing was easy to work with, prompt, and very professional. They fixed a long-standing problem (incorrectly plumbed utility sink). Both service technicians observed COVID guidelines and cleaned up after themselves. We we’re very pleased, and will be hiring them to do a big job—all the plumbing for a new, above-garage apartment—this spring!

Sutherland just replaced my main water supply line. The old line from the meter to the house had a leak. They were able to get a crew on the job the day after I called. Their team explained my options, then did a great job replacing the water main. They also ended up replacing our 20 year old water heater... all done in one day. The crew was easy to work with, were very professional, and did a great job cleaning up after the job was done. I couldn't be happier with their work. I highly recommend Sutherland.

Joe was an awesome tech. They came out through my home warranty. Service request was Monday they came out Wednesday. Had al the parts they needed on the truck came and fixed same day in and out in under 2 hours! No more leak under the sink!! New garbage disposal and I didn’t have to figure out how to do it!

Wish you guys could hire drivers that know how to drive, use their signals, not be on their phones, not swerve into others that call them out for their awful driving...makes you guys look REALLY bad as a company

I am blown away by the high level of customer service, professionality, and the cost was more than reasonable. I feel like it's hard to find quality, hard-working companies these days, but wow, they absolutely blew me away. I rate them 11/10 overall.

Mario and Smitty's Sewer Service I am glad to report are the exception to that rule. Mario and his team did a job for my seller client and were not only punctual but did exactly what they said they would do, in the time they said they would, and completed the job UNDER the cost they had bid to do the job. Beyond outstanding service. We spotted a leak in our ceiling on a Thursday evening. GLS got us onto their schedule the next day. The crew worked quickly and thoroughly to identify the source of the leak and get it fixed for us. They were thoroughly communicative throughout the process, letting us know our options and what they were doing. They were clean and respectful of our house. Plus, they were affordable. I will be keeping their card for my next plumbing situation.
