Joe is amazing! I reached out on a Sunday afternoon when my tenants alerted me their water heater was failing. I sent him a picture of the failing water heater and he gave me a quote by phone within an hour. He was there with the water heater within 3 hours to install it. The tenants said he did great work! This was an exceptional customer service experience!

Robert did a great job of explaining what the issues were and very informative on what was needed to be done. He made me feel like he cared about about customer service by making sure he answered all my questions. You will be amazed by how many people just ignore basic stuff with the septic system. I was amazed even more because I was one of them. No one discussed how to maintain my system until it needed to be cleaned up. River City was good about making the time and teaching me what I needed to know.

Grew up wrestling Terry Massey’s Son at the age of 10 and ended up becoming brothers along the way, Not only is Terry Massey one of the most hard working dedicated fathers but he is an amazing teacher. He took me under his wing and had me working under crawl spaces doing repipe work for a short time, Taught me a lot of things I still use to this day. Terry Massey holds true to his values and has only earned a honest dollar his entire life. I’ve never heard profanity out of his mouth nor words of discouragement. Mario did my job professional, responsive and good quality.

In our two bathroom remodel George replaced all of the plumbing. He found and repaired a mystery leak that had been slowly dripping for years. He replaced all of the tub and shower valves, the toilets and associated installation plumbing, and all of the faucets and sink plumbing. He also fixed an additional shower that had dripped for years because the valve was shot.
George's communication is top notch. We always knew when to expect him and he always showed up when he said he would. He was incredibly respectful of our home offices and didn't interfere with our workday. His work is done correctly, the first time, every time. It was truly a pleasure every time he showed up. He's the only subcontractor on this project that I can say all of this about. I will definitely call GLS for future plumbing needs.

Gary may have a good personality, but he does not have enough knowledge and skills for such plumbing service, although he has been worked for relatively long time. After his first service a simple broken pipe in the crawlspace of my home finally lead to about $2000 repairing finished by another plumbing company. Very bad service that I have had so far. Strongly suggest not to call Gary for a similar service!!!

I was very pleased with Abe our service technician who was sent to work on our drainage problem.He arrived promptly to our residence, listened to us about our problems, and told us the process that needed to be performed along with the cost. He gave us confidence and reassurance that we had the right person, and followed through with his work.Furthermore he offered us advice to avert future drainage problems.We would gladly welcome him for future service and work on our home.

Outstanding service, work and price!

Clark County Plumbing & Drain is an outstanding business. One of their plumbers, Patrick, has done work several times in our home, and he is always extremely professional, thorough and knowledgeable. We are so pleased with his work, and would not hesitate to call Clark County Plumbing & Drain again.

Water heater went out on Sunday night. Called All Pro and they worked to get someone scheduled at 10 am on Moday. The plumber who came out was very helpful, explained everything, knew what the problem was right away just by looking at the name on the water heater, and was able to fix it very quickly. I felt the prices were good and walked away with a good experience. Definitely recommend them and will be using their services again the future.
