Terry and his crew did a marvelous job replacing a broken ice-maker water line and even did complete clean-up of area. The cost to me was more than fair, I highly recommend Terry.

Horrible, over-priced, extremely rude customer service!
I hired a plumber to re-connect all our under sink pipes, after we removed the sink to re-do our counters. The technician (William) was extremely rude the entire time he was in my home. When I noticed the water to the dishwasher and the water filter wasn't working, he told me he had connected the pipes he was supposed to and that turning on the water wasn't part of his job. After he connected everything, one of the pipes was leaking (which I don't believe it was previously) instead of admitting error in the reconnection process, he decided I needed a new pipe, which he promptly charged me an additional $99 for (it took him 5 minutes max to install) The price turned out to be by the job, rather than the hour (like all the other plumbers I called) Where most plumbers were $85/hr and the job took 1.5hrs, I paid $337 total (the equivalent of nearly 4 hours! It would have been one thing to be overcharged, but to be treated so rudely in my own home was totally unprofessional and unnecessary!

Wow, I am very impressed with this company. Greg was very thorough with his job and quoted me to repipe my galvanized pipes with PEX. His bid was a fraction of 2 other competitors, I was able to get on the schedule quickly and now I have clean water and adequate pressure.

Mr. Caleb Boeck to the rescue. His knowledge, confidence, and kind nature was assuring.We have a brand new house in Brush Prairie, Washington. We've been here 3 weeks when we noticed our toilets and drains were all plugged. There was a river of water in our garage too. WHAT! CALEBS diagnostics were spot on. He spent 4 hours , and between him and our Septic guy, they figured out the problem. The switch was never turned on and not caught by the inspector to drain our system into septic. We will be addressing this with our builder. Thank you Caleb.

My neighbors called this company but for some reason they're blocking my driveway and when I came out to ask the driver to move the car he told me he'd be leaving in a few minutes anyway and then just walked away and disappeared. I said I needed to be able to get out of my driveway soon and I am not convinced that that matters to anyone. Furthermore I don't even see the necessity for blocking my driveway.

I called up Frontier Plumbing and Drain for a straight forward alcove tub install for my bathroom renovation projects. What turned into a single day job, quickly became week long project. Not because of Frontiers work, but the shoddy job previous home owners and builders did.

Jeff was great. Was up front with the costs and extra time it would take. He did what he said he would do got under budget as well. I can't but help recommend Frontier Plumbing and Drain enough to everyone I talk with.

I have used These guys on 3 plumbing projects, both for myself and aging parents. Each time, they did great work, on time, and with no drama.

Mike and his guys were knowledgeable about products (water heaters) and gave great advice about a tankless heater that fit the bill perfectly. All of the crew was nice to deal with, showed up on time, and left the job site clean and neat.

There was one problem-the computer gizmo that controls the new water heater went out shortly after the install. The board was replaced within a day of calling, no drama, no questions, no charge and even an apology-even though it wasn’t their fault.

Are they the cheapest? No idea, but the work was certainly priced within my expectations. They will be my first call for all future plumbing projects.
