Responded as soon as they got my inquiry, scheduled a tradesman for the same day, and creatively resolved the issue within a few hours, whereas other companies were telling us we had to demo an interior wall and replace significant amounts of pipe. So pleased with this company! Highly recommend.

I get the pleasure of being in the presence of Eric Buckner pretty often. Eric is such an amazing, humble, honest, hard working, big hearted individual! He goes above and beyond for his customers. Whether it be going on a FaceTime call with a customer in the middle of the night, to help put the customer's mind at ease. Or just having such a personal connection with each call. He is very loved and appreciated by his customers which shows with their heartfelt appreciation. He speaks very highly of the company and he feels very honored and blessed to be employed by them!

Great price, didn't have to wait and working as expected

This is the third time we have had Tim do work for us. He is very reliable & pleasant. We will definitely ask for Tim again the next time we need plumbing work to be done.

Called on Sunday afternoon with a broken water heater. New one was installed before noon on Monday. Ryan was super helpful on the phone getting our quote and getting us scheduled. I did have to hold about 15 minutes for one caller ahead of us, but it was well worth the wait. The next day Caleb was on time and professional and did a great job getting us hooked up. The installation looks clean and professional. The final price was a little more on Monday as we needed a new stand and opted for the addition of an emergency shut-off. I used their service through Home Depot because I wanted to use my Home Depot card to pay.

(Modified review: At least a representative from the company called to apologize for the extreme inconvenience.) Worst experience ever. I called the day before to set an appointment, telling them clearly we were located on an upper floor. I called the day of service to verify the time, clearly stating that I was staying in town only until they arrived. The driver called to say he was on the way. I again verified we were there. He then called to say that parking was a problem downtown. I gave him various options, including two spots I could see from the window. I told him how I had waited all day for the appointment. He called back and said it was just too much trouble. Outrageous. Terrible service. I would give zero stars if possible.

Ozzy came in and took care of business right away and let me know exactly the steps he was going to do and then he did them. The leaky galvanized pipe valve was cut away and replaced with a new valve in the line. The kitchen sink plumbing leak was solved too. I would highly recommend him and the staff answering the calls made sure that we were connected today for a one-day service.
