He did a very good job on the furnace and air-conditioning checked everything out found the leak behind the water heater. He explained everything to me and I understood what he meant and now I am going to get a new water heater after I get home thank you he did an excellent job

I have used green box mechanical two times, and have been very pleased with their service and friendliness. They are willing to explain the problem In a kind and professional way and get it fixed on time. They also were able to send a plumber at 5 PM so I could still go to work. I will definitely use them again

Our 18 yo water heater started leaking water on a Sunday morning. I called George Morlan and they picked up on the 2nd ring. He took all of my information, gave me a flat cost that included a new water heater plus labor costs and said someone could be out the next day. I loved that they give you the cost upfront. Many other companies need a technician to come out and give you an estimate. I was too impatient and we were without hot water. I’m so happy we went with George Morlan!!

This is the worst experience I've ever had with a company. They installed a water heater and missed one detail. Trying to get someone out to correct it involved being on hold for hours and being hung up on a couple of times.
I waited for 5 hours for a technician. It was a no show. After I called back they said the part was back ordered. Nobody let me know that throughout the day while I was waiting. HUH???
Do not waste your time with a 2nd rate company like this.

The HOA uses D&F and there was an emergency of a simple clogged non overflowing toilet on Christmas. A person was sent by HOA but my sister was Never told any prices. The plumber took 10 minutes to auger the toilet. The charge was a $90 dipatch fee but the total was $560 dollars. She was never told any figure by the technician. The company hung up on me when i tried to talk to them. They took advantage of a person with emotional issues. Unethical
