Gary was a life saver! Our water main pipe broke late last night and gushed for several hours before our neighbor alerted us. Thankfully my husband was able to figure out how to shut off the water from the meter but it wasn't easy (he didn't have the key) and so it took 45 minutes.

Gary was able to come over mid-morning after hubby got up at the crack of dawn to dig a hole where he suspected the broken pipe was. GARY FIXED THE BROKEN 2 PIPE AND CHARGED US a very fair hourly rate (even on a Sunday).

We will definitely call him again if we have plumbing problems. We live in Forest Heights and he is less than 10 minutes away.

Love these guys! Should have done the repipe years ago. I finally had it done after my neighbors hired them and referred me. I've been in my house a dozen years, and the water pressure/volume was always low. I couldn't use the bethtub, because the the volume was so low that the water was cold before it was 1/2 full. Shower was just a trickle. No problems now. Curious to see my next water bill, since I have so much more volume coming through now. 😉

Went through Repipe Specialists for the job, and PEX Plumbing did the work. Everyone was professional and friendly: estimator, repipe plumbers and drywall repair guy. They have a great relationship with the city inspectors, which speaks well of their work and reputation. The drywall repair was excellent; and, after painting, you can't even tell where the repairs are.

Water volume/pressure is great now. Had them add a shower to my hall bathroom and a utility tub in the garage and am very happy with both. Workers showed up on time, worked quickly, and cleaned up when finished. Gave me the grand tour when finished and explained the new bathtub and shower valves and the new shut-off valves and winterization process for two of my outdoor hose bibs (those that, because of their location, weren't frost free.)

I was very pleased with the free onsite estimate and professional service provided by Wes.

We had a clog down our drain pipe for our washer and Jeff got it sorted out in a few minutes. We tried getting it unclogged with a rented equipment from Home Depot ourselves but with no success. You gotta let the professional, Jeff in this case, do what he do best.

Chris really took the time to figure out how to replace an old tub with obsolete fixtures. He was very professional without being stuffy.

Easy to make an app, on time, and reasonable. He did a great job and will be my first call when needed again!

I spoke on the phone with Michelle, she was very understanding and helpful. She was able to get help out to our house before any of the other businesses I spoke to were capable of. Zak was honest and direct. He explained what would/could be done and we were able to get our outdoor spigot fixed. I'll definitely be getting in touch again if and when I have the need to. Once I had some work done by Craig Anderson, I don't use anyone else. They're good about scheduling, efficient in their work, and honest in their billing. When one of their plumbers had to go into the crawl space, he assessed accurately, taking all the tools and supplies he'd need so he wouldn't have to crawl in and out multiple times.

Amazing small plumbing company. Came out the day I called and fixed the problem. Would recommend them to anyone.

Bought a water heater from them in 2017 and they installed a propane water heater which my natural gas does nit convert to. I called them and the lady was rude and extremely unprofessional, she told me that since they are closing their doors this week and going out do business it doesn't matter. Talked to a very reputable plumbing company Sky Heating, AC, Plumbing and Electrical and they said that is absolutely wrong and why my unit is leaking. Do not work with this company and if you need a plumbing company go to them because unlike Western Plumbing they know what they are doing, they are professional and they actually care about people and the work they do. I will be filing a complaint with the CCB as well as the Attorney General. The least they could do is prorate the cost so we can put it towards a new one since they screwed up.

I just had a very poor interaction with the owner, not the crew of this company. My entire house is being remodeled after buying it and finding out that the flip company did poor work and therefore all the plumbing and a large majority of the house needs to be replaced or fixed. Very upsetting ordeal. I currently only have a bathroom sink and toilets working. A crew came out and quoted us and the employee that came out was greatly t! Very knowledgeable and understanding to our situation. Their quote came back the highest out of four we got in the area. But, we still decided to call them back and see when they could start the job given his employees knowledge and character. The owner told me the majority of his crew was sick and they could not start the job for 2 weeks, but would call me back if he thought his crew could start sooner so we could finalize things. After calling several other companies to see when they could start, one company (Beaverton Plumbing) could start the soonest and was the most inexpensive and their staff scheduling us were very nice and accommodating. Paul called me back today 6 days later, and asked when I could sign his proposal. I simply told him since all our plumbing has been out for some time we had to hire a company that could start sooner. This instantly enraged him and he began to berate me about how much I had inconvenienced him and including telling me off about not hiring them. I was shocked and apologized and told him the situation to which he interrupted me and implied me my apology was useless.
Right now I am glad I did not choose this company just because the owners attitude and I am glad they never started work. Being a small business owner myself I would never talk to a customer that way and I too have to make lots of estimates and often I invest more work then I would like just to get turned down or have a customer choose someone else over me, but I would never yell or demean a customer for doing this and vent my frustrations on them. This is apart of the business and given that I did not hear back for over 5 days, have an immense amount of stress and work on my house, and the owner could not start sooner so I can eat, shower, and live in my new house, I cannot wrap my head around his behavior and will not be recommending this company given the fact that if he had not acted this way I would have used them in the future and happily recommended his employees. Owner seems to have some anger issues that should not be passed on to people looking to hire him and with the ability to review him.
