I had tree roots blocking my pipes and backing up my toilet into the sink on a Sunday. Roto Rooter came out and cleared the pipe, but they suggested that the pipe was not level so it would have to be replaced rather than cleared out and lined with a resin. When I told Sewer Renewal Specialists (I wish I could remember the person's name; he was great), he encouraged me to let him come out no charge and confirm this, because he suspected it was not true. Sure enough, he found nothing wrong with the pipe, spent more time clearing it out and then shot the resin in so it wouldn't happen again. All for half of what I would have had to pay for the Roto Rooter digging up my line and putting in new pipes. I've had no problem since. Sewer Renewal even came out and extended the release pipe(?) for free when I had a retaining was put in. I can't praise them enough.

I sent a message to Sutherland Plumbing and Ti came out the same day to review what was going on with my main water line. He was super friendly and explained what was going on and what he would need to do to resolve the leak on the main water line. He sent me a bid with in an hour of finishing up at my house and his team was able to get me scheduled in for the following week.

When Ti and his team came out, they did a great job replacing the water line. They completed the job in the time frame they scheduled. Once they finished they cleaned the driveway, put everything back in its proper place and showed and explained all the work they did. It was a great experience. I’m looking forward to working with Sutherland Plumbing again in the future.

Zack @Anytime Plumbing was sent to our unit to fix a deep pipe clog, we were very impressed with his professionalism and timeliness. He fixed the issue fast, and very well! He took time to answer our questions, he cleaned up after the job very efficiently! He will be a great leader in the business. If we have a choice we will be asking for him for any future jobs, we will also recommend Zack/Anytime Plumbing to anyone we know requiring services!!!

Mario provided sensible information fast, even on weekends. He rediagnosed a problem and provided a much more through and rational repair recommendaiton than the other service provider that I contacted, and Mario's price was about 24% of the other provider's bid. I hope to never need him again, but if I do, he will be my first call.

In our two bathroom remodel George replaced all of the plumbing. He found and repaired a mystery leak that had been slowly dripping for years. He replaced all of the tub and shower valves, the toilets and associated installation plumbing, and all of the faucets and sink plumbing. He also fixed an additional shower that had dripped for years because the valve was shot.
George's communication is top notch. We always knew when to expect him and he always showed up when he said he would. He was incredibly respectful of our home offices and didn't interfere with our workday. His work is done correctly, the first time, every time. It was truly a pleasure every time he showed up. He's the only subcontractor on this project that I can say all of this about. I will definitely call GLS for future plumbing needs.

This company gave me an estimate of $1120 to disconnect / reconnect my kitchen sink, disposal, dishwasher, and watermaker faucet for kitchen counter work I was having done. No parts. The estimate was given site unseen to include travel expenses. I did this work myself without prior experience or proper tools. It took me one hour and ten minutes. I've had such a great experience with Western Plumbing! The lady on the phone was super nice and extremely helpful! Jason and the other guy who came out we're both super nice and respectful with our home. They worked quick and efficient so no time was wasted.
