I needed all the pipes in my house replaced cause they were old and leaking. They sent someone out to give me an estimate, and it was reasonably priced. I was able to get on their schedule in a timely manor and everyone I worked with was super nice and friendly, from the guy they sent out for the estimate, the lady in the office, and the plumbers who replaced the waterlines in my house. Definitely recommend giving them a call.

Pex Plumbing gets a 5 Star Rating. The crew kept checking on the work and would do an adjustment here and a tweek there to make sure the job was done right the first time. The foreman kept me informed during the job and would ask me about ideas they had and get my approval. They did a great job of cleaning up afterwards and my house was spotless.

Serviced our clogged toilet same day. Dante was quick, professional, and polite. When the need arises again, Clark County Plumbing will be the ones I call.

Nick responded to our unusual situation with confidence and professionalism that other plumbers lacked. His price was better, too! He was able to tackle our job in a short time frame and got the work done very quickly. His kindness and warm sense of humor made an unfortunate situation so much easier to tolerate. This is the second time I've worked with Meticulous Plumbing in 11 years. Years ago, Leo assessed an awkward plumbing issue for me and came up with the most reasonable option (both price and timing) that didn't include a jackhammer in 1/3 of my house. This month's inquiry was a more benign water spigot replacement/repair. They had all of my info in the system, which made scheduling very easy. Scheduling was just 2 weeks from my call, partly due to my own schedule, which given the current trades scheduling seemed like lightening speed! I also know that if a time opened up sooner, they would be in touch.

Today, appointment day, they called to confirm if arriving early would be okay. Their technology of sending a bio of the technician (so I know who I'm lettting in) and. the truck tracking helped me coordinate with work.

Josh arrived right on time and was super friendly and knowledgeable. He looked at all my plumbing questions and talked candidly about costs and expectations. Josh was UP FRONT about any possible issues or overages so I could make an informed decision. He was able to set my expectations for this project and entertained my other questions which, as an over-planner, I can now plan accordingly in the coming years for some of the major ticket items.

We stuck with the original project for today AND he was able to do the work all in the same day (PS, it was nearly 100 today and he willingly went into my crawlspace -- champ!). Josh didn't need much from me so I was able to continue my work. When the work was done, he gave me a general report of the status of my crawlspace (no concerns, yay!). When everything was said and done, I received a prompt email summary WITH photos and the invoice.

There are times you shop around, and there are times you rely on a trusted relationship. I've recommended Meticulous Plumbing several times over the years and will continue to do so.

Uh. Maze. Ing. Seriously the ONLY guy(s) you should go through in Vancouver. Honest, fast, and EXTREMELY reasonable. He could charge waaaaay more. All my plumbing needs from here on out. Forever. Same day emergency clog removal for 160 bucks. Amazing. Call Tim. He's awesome.

I gave three stars because it's in the middle, I'll tell my story and you decide if it should be a 5 star review or a one star review.
We paid nearly $800 (would have been much more but they gave us a break) to repair a leaky bathroom faucet. It was barely leaking, it probably wouldn't have used $10 worth of water a year, if they told us in advance it would have cost a hundred dollars to fix I would have told them no thanks.
Now their side, an old pipe broke off when he was repairing it, that probably wasn't his fault it was old. It was in a very difficult place to repair with out showers being back to back the way they are, to make the repair he had to cut a hole and make the repairs by soddering pipe inside the wall. A supervisor described it as doing surgery, and I suppose that's fair. The supervisor came to help and did for a couple of hours and he basically didn't charge us for his labor. They were great about returning my calls and answering my questions.
At the end if the day though $800 for repairing a leaky faucet I wouldn't have paid $50 to fix had I known the cost is really hard to swallow.

Have always been responsive and professional for a variety of work at all our locations. Fixing leaks, installing new fixtures, running lines. Really above and beyond work ethic. Highly recommended

Wes and Mark were very professional and knowledgeable. They did a real nice job on garbage disposal unit and fixing my drainage problem. I would definitely hire again.

So...who conducts business when they receive a complaint from a customer only through text messages? A horrible business owner that's who! Harassing potential customers through mutiple text instead of calling to settle a dispute is highly unprofessional. Portland Plumbling Plus has a horrible owner who cannot even pick up a phone to settle a dispute.
