This is the third project 3-Mountains has done at our house. Drain cleaning isn't super-complex, but when you need it, you really appreciate the professionals that come out right away and git-r done. Samuel is the technician that came out this time. He was on time and professional throughout the process. In the end, he solved the problem and left the worksite spotless.

We live in a 1940s home in uptown Vancouver that was having sewer problems. We had multiple sewer backups into our basement that was really getting frustrating. We had several plumbers come out and tell us our old pipes were collapsing and being infiltrated with tree roots. Their solution was to dig up our whole backyard and replace the pipes - that were about 9 feet down in some places. The cost of this? Over $15,000 and we would be left with a ruined backyard and the cost to replace all the established trees and landscaping. We started to search for another solution. In our search we came across David at Sewer Renewal. He came out and discovered some things that we didn't know and worked with our neighbors (whom we shared a line behind our house) to do a multi-house job. David and his team were professional and problem solvers. When the first way didn't work they found a second way to fix the problem. They worked with the city of Vancouver to determine which lines to fix and which the city was responsible for while giving us top quality value. Sewer lines are not exciting but what is exciting is knowing we won't be getting back ups into our basement and that our home is resellable in the future. No one wants to wake up to a soggy yard, but that happened to me last year. My septic tank failed and there was such a mess to clean up! Thank goodness for River City Environmental. They have 24/7 emergency services and we were able to fix the issue quickly and helped with cleanup. I definitely recommend their service to anyone!

I have been working with pipeline plumbing for more than 15 years and have had a fantastic experience. From major remodels to changing a faucet, their service has been top notch. From the office staff, estimators and plumbers all staff are friendly and competent.

Happy that I was able to get service within a few hours of calling. Abe was extremely professional and kind. He was able to unclog my toilet pretty quickly. That's my only beef is the value -- price is still a little daunting for the amount of (yes, friendly and prompt) work put in. But in a one-bathroom household, you gotta do what you gotta do. Please give this man a raise with the cost for service!

I had a pipe break and called them at 7:30 in the morning. They responded within minutes and came to my house that same day. Diagnosed the problem quickly (broken pipe under a concrete slab) and quickly capped the old pipe and created a new line. Solved my headache in a few hours and they were affordable and professional.

Caleb came out to our home to clear some underground rain drains. He was one of the most polite, most professional workers we've ever had the pleasure of working with. We will use Mr. Rooter again, if only because of our experience working with Caleb!

Fast and reliable service, and a fair price! They were friendly and explained what the issue was and what needed to be done to fix it. If I ever need a plumber again, they will be my first call.

We had a clog down our drain pipe for our washer and Jeff got it sorted out in a few minutes. We tried getting it unclogged with a rented equipment from Home Depot ourselves but with no success. You gotta let the professional, Jeff in this case, do what he do best.

Andrew was my plumber. He treated me right ....... an honest guy. I thought that I needed to replace my garbage disposal. Andrew looked it over .............. tightened some fittings and tested it out. Total fix and at a fare price.

I don't ususally write reviews at all, much less negative ones. But I am so appalled by my experience with this company... A technician came out to fix our garbage disposal. Looked down in to it for like 15 seconds, got on his ipad and said it would be over $500 to fix and that we should just replace it for over $1000. The disposal is just a year old! So I had someone else out, he got under the sink and fixed it five minutes. Didn't want to charge us at all. I called to inform the company and the person at the call center was extremely patronizing and just kept making excuses. Completely unacceptable. Beware of extreme upselling with this company!
