Our water heater failed and we were in need of a replacement in a timely fashion. We reached out to three different plumbers for quotes and Joe provided the best combination of professionalism, responsiveness, and price certainty. We sent him a few pictures of our setup, and he provided an all in price in minutes. Others only provided starting at estimates, while informing us that the costs could go up depending on what was found when they arrived.

At 3 pm, we informed Joe of our decision to move forward with his services. By 5 pm, he and his colleague (Dallas) were at our door and ready to get started. A little over 2 hours later, Joe and Dallas had removed the old unit, installed the new one, and completed the plumbing upgrades which were required to bring our substandard configuration up to code. Joe and Dallas were both extremely friendly, professional, and top-notch craftsman.

Rob and his son were extremely professional and responsive. We had a challenging (in my opinion) problem where we were losing water somewhere between the house and water meter. Rob came out immediately and started work shortly after that and was there for 3 days until it was done. Even after some unexpected things happened, he came up with solutions and left everything looking better than it did before. Rob is a cool dude and a good human. Tim from Standard Plumbing & Heating gave us excellent service! He was very prompt, friendly, knowledgeable and got the job done right! He was able to diagnose that the leak in our bathroom was coming from the wax seal under the toilet, replaced & repaired it. Tim also took a looked at & replaced the guts of both of our toilets, which he explained needed to be done, in an understandable way and saved us money in the long run. Tim also didn’t leave a mess big mess behind, which I always appreciate. We will definitely call them in he future for all of our plumbing needs!

They were the first to call about our need for service. They were professional courteous covid concerned. They were the most reasonable quote allowing for senior discount and cash discount. Saved us almost 300$ from the next service estimate. Installed a gas hot water heater. Then cleaned up the area and answered many question. Would certainly use them for any new problem. Excellent.
