Sent email request on their website first thing in the morning and got a call back in minutes, confirming details, then dispatcher called in under 15 min and said a truck could be there in an hour. Nicholas called to confirm and showed up when expected and was very kind and talked us through everything, which he fixed quickly.I didn't get the discount I hoped for but this was all explained before any work was done and it was a lot cheaper than a competitor I used last time.My wife and I appreciated the photos they texted us of Nicholas so we knew who to expect. We thought it odd at first because we've never had another company do that, but after a little thought we really appreciated it as a nice pro-active customer friendly approach. We'd use 3 Mtn again.

Our home failed sewer inspection due to a deteriorating concrete line running to the city main. We had 2 companies give us quotes that differed by over $10k. Due to this discrepancy we decided to seek a 3rd opinion so we called Sewer Renewal Specialists. Thank goodness we did! Not only did they come in with the cheapest quote, but their CIPP technology meant only excavating a single small trench next to the house. This not only preserved our landscaping, but our driveway as well and prevented any need for flaggers/asphalt cuts in the roadway. Taylor and Willie were professional, timely, and efficient. Highly recommend this company for both the value and as a low impact solution to sewer replacement.

My septic system seemed to be failing. I had large puddles of water that smelled bad where my drain field was located. I made a call to River City. They were able to come out quickly and assess the problem. Part of my drain field collapsed. It took a few days, but they were able to fix it. The price was reasonable and I am happy with the quality of work.

Avoid this outfit at all costs. They made a mistake on some of the finish work at my house and tried to charge me for the extra time. When I disputed it and hadn't issued payment for ONE DAY, they showed up at my house and turned off the water while I wasn't there! Horrid company and super rude. They wouldn't even put boots on or lay down tarps or anything while they worked in my home. That should've been my first indicator to not use them. Too late now. Again, super unprofessional and overall rude. Avoid at all costs.

The best peoples from this company. Mario and his crews are the best kind of people you need for all your sewer systems services. They even unclogged my pine needle filled gutter after they finished fixing my sewer system because they notice a waterfall above my garage. They were so kind.

Saved us almost 300$ from the next service estimate. Installed a gas hot water heater. Then cleaned up the area and answered many question. Would certainly use them for any new problem. Excellent.

Bruner plumbing will definitely get my repeat business after they fit me in within 30 minutes(!) of first contacting them. Granted my problem was small but still needed attention. The technician, Robert, was very proficient in correcting my problem and the price was very fair, all things considered!

I used PEX PDX to replace galvanized plumbing, including the main water line and my entire house. These two tasks were separated by me to ease the financial pain, and they were willing to accommodate this. My hybrid water heater was already set up (by a friend), and when they saw it they asked if I wanted them to redo it, and quoted a number in line with others for water heater installation. The redo looked flawless, and I’ve had no problems with plumbing, and the drywall holes were small enough that we opted to fix them ourselves. Each service was a two-day process, with installation one day (accomplished in a few hours), and inspection by the city the next. Lot of places are capable of doing this work, but the reasons to choose this place are how I was treated, and how the company treats its workers. As a woman, I’m used to being condescended to and asked if I’d like to see their pink options; these guys talked to me about symbols I painted and my rock collection. Super easy to work with and work around. When I asked what it was like to work there, they raved about the place. This is a huge relief, since I’m not interested in surrendering my hard earned dollars to a company that makes employees miserable. How can you take pride in your work if your employer is shameful? If I have other plumbing needs, I’ll call them again.

Bradley was prompt and professional. He was also really great at wearing booties inside my house, and keeping a mat under his workspace.

But Zach (the first guy to come out to check out the problem) was great, professional and knowledgeable, answered all our questions clearly. And then the two guys who came out to do the installation were great as well. We were relieved and pleased.
