After seven long months of sewer repair, it backed up again after only a short time! I called David and he came right out. He was thorough,and explained the problem and gave me referrals to get the job finished. He even sent me a confirming dirty movie for further reference! I will be using him if I have any other problems and will refer him to anyone who wants and needs someone dependable and honest. Thank you again, David!!

Terrible. Avoid at all costs. It is 7/14/19 , exactly one month after firing off a letter describing the several problems they caused on a simple septic-dosing-tank pump replacement......and guess what? Absolutely ZERO response.

From their lackadaisical attitude about making MULTIPLE billing errors (including one that approached outright fraud...I have a copy) to the need to keep sending guys out to my house at $300-400 a pop, to essentially ignoring my original complaint....I wound up paying nearly $3000 to replace a $900 pump. They had to pump my tank twice because they never diagnosed the pump failure originally (because the right guy wasn't sent until LATER), sent multiple people out to do repeat work and the end result was over $900 in unnecessary, repeat services (2 septic tank pump-outs and an unnecessary plumber visit to tell me what I already knew from another guy.) Add to that, $600 in billing errors, that took multiple calls and emails and a couple weeks for each one to resolve. Not impressive

The various folks that actually did the work were awesome. Professional and courteous.....but their mgmt team has set them up to fail by not having someone manage the process from beginning to end. And their lack of response to my letter is telling. Avoid.

My toiled clogged over the weekend, and I tried snaking it and plunging, but nothing would work. I called a few companies, and they were all booked out a week. I saw the Anytime Plumbing truck parked in the neighborhood and thought I'd give them a call. They said they could send someone out within the hour!

Zach showed up within the hour as promised, and he had a mask (COVID19 times) and put on his booties to protect my floor and was very professional and friendly. He used a professional snaking tool, and the clog was gone within 5 minutes. He cleaned up and tested it several times, and now everything is working fine.

I was dreading this process of finding a plumber and hoping they could fix it, and it couldn't have been a better experience. I would definitely recommend this company, and they are going into my iPhone as my first contact for my plumbing needs going forward!

Terry does outstanding work, and his wife Jamie is a great organizer. They show up when they say they will, they communicate clearly about the job, Terry and his son are courteous, and the results are exactly as expected.

Mario was wonderful! He was able to help fix a leaking pipe a few days before Christmas and the water was coming into my basement. I was so grateful for his professionalism and his scheduling. In our two bathroom remodel George replaced all of the plumbing. He found and repaired a mystery leak that had been slowly dripping for years. He replaced all of the tub and shower valves, the toilets and associated installation plumbing, and all of the faucets and sink plumbing. He also fixed an additional shower that had dripped for years because the valve was shot.
George's communication is top notch. We always knew when to expect him and he always showed up when he said he would. He was incredibly respectful of our home offices and didn't interfere with our workday. His work is done correctly, the first time, every time. It was truly a pleasure every time he showed up. He's the only subcontractor on this project that I can say all of this about. I will definitely call GLS for future plumbing needs.

I’ve had great luck with Bruner. Friendly, prompt, and quality work. Appreciate Justin and how he explains the work in common terms and how he outlines what to be on the lookout for. These folks are definitely my primary plumbing provider.

This is hands down the best plumbing company we have ever used. Quality products, professional crew and office staff, not to mention the owner who is honest, professional and accessable. They repiped our entire house in a day. The owner went way above and beyond when faced with some odd, complex issues. It would be hard to match this company and all it offers.

Our kitchen sink clogged on a Sunday afternoon. I called Mr. Rooter to arrange for emergency service. Zack was able to quickly fix the problem. I am very happy with the service and scheduling. Great service. Prompt. Courteous.

Excellent plumbing and sewer professionals

Courteous and professional, same-day service. Steve seemed very knowledgeable and made great recommendations to help prevent the re-occurrence of the issue we were having (clogged drain).

I called up Frontier Plumbing and Drain for a straight forward alcove tub install for my bathroom renovation projects. What turned into a single day job, quickly became week long project. Not because of Frontiers work, but the shoddy job previous home owners and builders did.

Jeff was great. Was up front with the costs and extra time it would take. He did what he said he would do got under budget as well. I can't but help recommend Frontier Plumbing and Drain enough to everyone I talk with.

Really unhappy with the service I received from them. And they are completely overpriced.
