Best Leak In The Water Line in Portland OR

We live in Tigard and had a problem with wastewater bubbling up from a crack in the street away from our property (March 2020). We're responsible for over 200' of sewer lateral, most of it under the City street. The thought of dealing with digging up the road was really unappealing. David from Sewer Renewal was really responsive and invested in helping us. He arrived quickly, helped diagnose the problem, and set us up with a repair. The team arrived, took care of everything, and got us back in service really quickly and at a very reasonable cost. Dealing with sewer problems is never fun, but these guys will take good care of you. I highly recommend giving them a call before you look at other, more invasive solutions.

Terry Massey Plumbing was the first company I called. He came out the next day to give me an estimate on replumbing my house. While he was here he listened to my frustrations and fixed my kitchen faucet, bathroom sinks and showers. I HAVE WATER PRESSURE NOW! He was very kind and professional. We found Meticulous several years ago when we had a major plumbing issue. We had several plumbers take a look at it. A couple gave us quotes for very intrusive work well into five digits. Meticulous came out, did a thorough inspection, and determined that most of the intrusive work was unnecessary. They fixed our problem for $1400. They've been our plumber ever since. They're trustworthy, dependable, and very skilled at their work. Love 'em!

J & M installed a gas line for a new stove. They were through and professional. Tech’s were friendly and cleaned up as they went. Inspection went smooth. Very happy to recommend them to anyone!

I had Tony come out and do some work in my home. The experience was horrible! He did not communicate with me, I
always had to call him to get updates. Then he started charging me for the time he was spending,Researching the job
via phone or internet because he was unsure of how to do it. It was very clear to me at this point that Tony was trying
take advantage of me, and/or he did not know how to do this job properly, and I was not interested in paying for his
time to educate himself. I immediately decided to pay Tony for the work done, and hire a different plumber to finish the
job that was not going to charge me for his, time to research the job. Tony then told me that I should not do that,
and that,nobody else would be able to fix my problem, and it wont work. I then told him where he could go...! Tony then
threatened to remove the part of the work that had been done already, and/or shut off my water when I was not home. All this
because he was upset that I was firing him and going with another plumber that was not going to charge me to learn how to
do the job. I then payed him in full for the work that had been done, as well as for the,research time, where no actual
work was performed, so I could cut tie's and move forward with the project. Really glad that I did, he was going to
add a lot more of these,research charges to my bill if I had aloud him to continue with the job. Because of this horrible experience
that I had with Tony, I would highly recommend staying away from this company!

We have an older house and our upstairs was not ducted. They replaced an old furnace, added AC, replaced or repaired old ducting in the basement and on the main floor. For our upstairs they recommended a ducted mini-split.
Overall they were professional, creative, neat and polite. Our system works perfectly. We had one request after the work was done and they came back and addressed it right away. I'd definitely recommend, this company, especially if you have a home that needs a unique HVAC solution.
