Great service and great product. Upon discovering the dreaded water heater leak, I found Joe's services to be the most responsive and committed to the job at hand. By noon the following day, we had a quality install at a competitive price. I really appreciated Joe's insight on water heater tips and product selection.

Cleaned my drain out for a reasonable price! They also offer religning now so looking in to that. Customer service over the phone could use some improvements though.

Highly recommend Erik and Portland Star Plumbing. So easy to work with and looking forward to using them on an upcoming larger project. Also happy to finally have a great plumber to recommend to others.

Terrible work ethic. Sat outside for over an hour taking smoke breaks. Leaving cigarette butts all over the property, did not finish on time and rude to the tenants when asked how much longer until the water is back on. We'll past 730 when they were supposed to be done by 5. Maybe if you guys didn't take so many smoke breaks you would have completed the job on time.

I would not wish this situation on my worst enemy. That is to be in a position to desperately require your septic system to be repaired. It is the worst possible nightmare. But if you ever find yourself in that situation the people that you want to call is River City Environmental. They will get the job done right.

I'm recommending them to everyone. Rob came out before he started work for the day to look at a leak in my water main, despite being absolutely slammed. Since I was still getting quotes, he gave me his card and told me to call, but while he was here, he found the exact placement of the leak--making those quotes WAY more effective. When I called him to get the work done, he and his son fit me into the schedule and did beyond what was necessary to make sure my house was taken care of, my new pipe was safe from the same problem happening again AND that I knew who to contact about adjusting my bill now that things were fixed. Terry and wife Jamie have been my go-to plumbing emergency and non-emergency team for ~5 years now, and they have been absolutely outstanding for everything from a semi-emergency bathroom sink leak to a planned ADU construction. It's a shame that Terry Massey Plumbing isn't available in Terry Massey Everything Else, but at least we got the plumbing option.

Mario is amazing. Very easy to work with. Talks over the phone and tells you how things are in a way you can understand. In my case he came out to unplug the drain to the septic instead he helped us find out our septic tank and showed me that it was full and needed pumped. He didn’t even charge me for the trip although he certainly could have as his service was valuable. I highly recommend Smitty’s if you’re looking for a place where you can quickly get a response from a human who will treat you fairly and do very good work if you need it.

Excellent service. Don took my call and scheduled service for the next day. Tim came out and checked all the valves and kitchen sink faucet to find the leak. He replaced the faucet and it all works and looks great. Thank you, Tim. Friendly, fast, and competent.

In our two bathroom remodel George replaced all of the plumbing. He found and repaired a mystery leak that had been slowly dripping for years. He replaced all of the tub and shower valves, the toilets and associated installation plumbing, and all of the faucets and sink plumbing. He also fixed an additional shower that had dripped for years because the valve was shot.
George's communication is top notch. We always knew when to expect him and he always showed up when he said he would. He was incredibly respectful of our home offices and didn't interfere with our workday. His work is done correctly, the first time, every time. It was truly a pleasure every time he showed up. He's the only subcontractor on this project that I can say all of this about. I will definitely call GLS for future plumbing needs.
