An old plastic shut-off valve got stuck halfway through, its handle cracked. No way to open, no turning. Not repairable, just cut out and replace, but because it was sitting right next to the wall, one has to go to the crawlspace and put a longer chunk of pipe too. Not a problem for Gary with Precision. Now I can enjoy the shower and not wait for the washing machine nor toilet to stop refilling. Probably more important: with the new brass valve I can reliably shut off the water any time. I had a pipe break and called them at 7:30 in the morning. They responded within minutes and came to my house that same day. Diagnosed the problem quickly (broken pipe under a concrete slab) and quickly capped the old pipe and created a new line. Solved my headache in a few hours and they were affordable and professional.

I had an urgent need to scope the inside waste line in my building. Called Steve at AAA. He sent Austin out in 1 hour. Austin was personable yet professional. He was quick, efficient, and obviously knew what he was doing. He's an interesting person and I learned a lot, too. I also had him look at a portion of the exterior line that I was told (by a different scope company) was damaged and needed repair (which they would of course do for thousands of dollars). That turned out to be false -- it looked great. Thank you Steve and Austin - you are a rare example of awesome service, quality work and ethical practices.

I called up Frontier Plumbing and Drain for a straight forward alcove tub install for my bathroom renovation projects. What turned into a single day job, quickly became week long project. Not because of Frontiers work, but the shoddy job previous home owners and builders did.

Jeff was great. Was up front with the costs and extra time it would take. He did what he said he would do got under budget as well. I can't but help recommend Frontier Plumbing and Drain enough to everyone I talk with.

I called Mike about my water service line failure and he came to the house within half hour. He provided me with 3 options and explained benefits of each. We put a plan in motion and he and his team did the rest. On the day to do the repair, Dante and Rebi were on-time to start the work and the rest of the team followed. The water line was replaced and permit complete. This was my second job with Clark County Plumbing; they replaced my hot water heater a year ago. Honestly, for any plumbing work, I will not look to anyone other than Clark Count Plumbing. 5-STARS for sure!

Showed up for the appointment on time which I find is becoming increasingly rare. The plumber was very polite and professional in every way. He was able to promptly fix the problem and charged a fair price. How refreshing not to have to endure up selling and blah blah service warranty double speak. These are my go to plumbers from now on. Couldn't be more pleased with their responsive service.
