Couldn't of asked for a better experience. Our hot water tank went out and they responded in about an hour after my call and installed a new tank in less than 2 ours. If you are in need of a plumbing company, so not hesitate to call them.

Gene did a great job replacing the copper drain pipe from our kitchen sink, as well as a few additional items. In his initial house call, he gave me enough guidance to start opening walls and moving obstacles to clear the path for him. Consequently, when he came out a couple weeks later for the job, the job did not take him as long, and he had some additional time to good naturedly take care of a few smaller jobs that were not part of the initial job scope. These included removing some old service lines for a auxiliary sink and replacing a cartridge in a shower faucet. I would suggest, however, that you get a clear idea of hourly rates and parts overhead loading before proceeding with Pipeline or any contractor. I neglected to do so in my casual conversation with him during the initial house call. While the final bill (about $1490) was very reasonable for all the services provided, I would have appreciated a more detailed reconciliation of the charges.

We had an issue with our main sewer line getting clogged on a Sunday evening. Eric was dispatched to our house to solve the problem. He was on time, diligent about identifying the problem, and finding the least invasive repair. He quoted a price and stuck to it even though it was a tougher issue then expected. I felt the price was fair especially for an emergency call on a Sunday evening.

Reliable, honest, knowledgeable, reasonably priced

We had a clog down our drain pipe for our washer and Jeff got it sorted out in a few minutes. We tried getting it unclogged with a rented equipment from Home Depot ourselves but with no success. You gotta let the professional, Jeff in this case, do what he do best.

Hands down, the best service I have come across in a long time. That seems hard to come by these days... I've worked with contractors before and this was a completely different experience. Honestly, I was waiting to get hit with a huge quote but it was actually really reasonable and there were even a few different options they had for me to chose from. They took care of the job right away and were very professional. Good guys and I would highly recommend them.

I was worried when I read reviews but had no choice since they are who our Home Warranty service chose. But Zach (the first guy to come out to check out the problem) was great, professional and knowledgeable, answered all our questions clearly. And then the two guys who came out to do the installation were great as well. We were relieved and pleased.
