3 Mountains is the best deal around for drain cleaning and scoping. We've used them twice and both times the crew was thorough, professional, and left the area perfectly clean. Andrea made sure to leave the area clean after clearing the clog. Jared took the time to explain all our options for sewer replacement when that time comes and gave clear explanations of what they saw during the scope. Highly recommended.

They were extremely busy and delayed the time of the service call, but they called me every hour to apologize for the delay and to keep me informed. The technician was knowledgeable and clean. He handled our problem promptly and explained everything he was going to or did do to solve the issue.

Both times they have been to the house they have been there quickly. Their work has been admirable. Their prices have always been very fair. Alan is awesome.

I left a msg and was immediately (within 2 mins) called back by the owner. He was very friendly, knowledgeable, efficient, and affordable! The repair took longer than expected but he did not raise the price. Thanks Steve! You really saved the day and I appreciate that you squeezed me into your schedule because you understood my situation.

I have used These guys on 3 plumbing projects, both for myself and aging parents. Each time, they did great work, on time, and with no drama.

Mike and his guys were knowledgeable about products (water heaters) and gave great advice about a tankless heater that fit the bill perfectly. All of the crew was nice to deal with, showed up on time, and left the job site clean and neat.

There was one problem-the computer gizmo that controls the new water heater went out shortly after the install. The board was replaced within a day of calling, no drama, no questions, no charge and even an apology-even though it wasn’t their fault.

Are they the cheapest? No idea, but the work was certainly priced within my expectations. They will be my first call for all future plumbing projects.

I was impressed from my first call with Bruce to the work being done. Professional and timely service. Kaleo & Jose that came out to do the job were courteous and knowledgeable. The cost was reasonable and they did not go over budget or try to add on an extra work, they actually did additional work at no further charge because it just seemed the right thing to do. Super nice guys and would use them again.

When looking for repairs to you home honesty is the most important thing. I have done business with him three different times in less than a year. He has always taken time for me and delivered on what he said he would do.

A couple nights ago, my bathroom sink started flooding and I had to called Best Portland Plumbers. They were at my house in surprisingly short order & effectively fixed the flood. Will use again as needed in the future!

We had a leak in our main water line. It turned into a massive job because the leak detection company had difficulty locating the leak. Sarkinen plumbing had to do a great deal of work for me over a number of weeks. Derek and Daniel were both co-leading the job. Both are extremely professional, genuine and responsive. I was in a pretty desperate situation, and was afraid that they would try to take advantage of me. They didn't at all. They were honest, direct, and clear with their communication, and very reasonable and fair with their charges. I HIGHLY recommend Sarkinen. I feel strongly you can trust them to be reasonable, and deliver responsive, high quality work that they'll stand behind.

I hate to give a company 1 star really and I will leave it up to the company to improve their reputation if they simply follow through. I got off work early to meet the plumbers. The two plumbers were on time and both were nice guys we are having issues with water pressure and and had a few other small improvements and fixes we needed done. All I wanted was a quote and if all seemed well we would proceed. Wednesday right before they left the plumber said ok I write up a quote and I'll have it to you in a couple days He implied he would email it. I gave him the benefit of the doubt when nothing showed up on Friday. Even Monday. I just assume he had the wrong email and called on Tuesday. The woman who answered the phone was cordial and seemed not to concerned and said she would remind the guys to send me a quote.

All week nothing. I am getting upset at this point as my wife is asking me about the progress. I call again next Tuesday and this time I sound frustrated because I am, I am not mean but I expect a company to simply do what they say and I expressed this to her. She was very apologetic this time and said I will call so and so right now and make sure he gets that to you. It has now been 3 weeks since that phone call and frankly I moved on the evening after that call when their quote by email or phone never showed up.

I wouldn't want to be in any sort of business transaction with a company that isn't able to follow through with such a seemingly simply thing. I am sure their work is good and they are perfectly capable but as a potential customer reading this these are things I would want to know ahead of time.

I just had a very poor interaction with the owner, not the crew of this company. My entire house is being remodeled after buying it and finding out that the flip company did poor work and therefore all the plumbing and a large majority of the house needs to be replaced or fixed. Very upsetting ordeal. I currently only have a bathroom sink and toilets working. A crew came out and quoted us and the employee that came out was greatly t! Very knowledgeable and understanding to our situation. Their quote came back the highest out of four we got in the area. But, we still decided to call them back and see when they could start the job given his employees knowledge and character. The owner told me the majority of his crew was sick and they could not start the job for 2 weeks, but would call me back if he thought his crew could start sooner so we could finalize things. After calling several other companies to see when they could start, one company (Beaverton Plumbing) could start the soonest and was the most inexpensive and their staff scheduling us were very nice and accommodating. Paul called me back today 6 days later, and asked when I could sign his proposal. I simply told him since all our plumbing has been out for some time we had to hire a company that could start sooner. This instantly enraged him and he began to berate me about how much I had inconvenienced him and including telling me off about not hiring them. I was shocked and apologized and told him the situation to which he interrupted me and implied me my apology was useless.
Right now I am glad I did not choose this company just because the owners attitude and I am glad they never started work. Being a small business owner myself I would never talk to a customer that way and I too have to make lots of estimates and often I invest more work then I would like just to get turned down or have a customer choose someone else over me, but I would never yell or demean a customer for doing this and vent my frustrations on them. This is apart of the business and given that I did not hear back for over 5 days, have an immense amount of stress and work on my house, and the owner could not start sooner so I can eat, shower, and live in my new house, I cannot wrap my head around his behavior and will not be recommending this company given the fact that if he had not acted this way I would have used them in the future and happily recommended his employees. Owner seems to have some anger issues that should not be passed on to people looking to hire him and with the ability to review him.

Call the company for the first time a man answer the phone did not tell me the company name just said hello super standoffish I asked if he can come out to check out my home he said no he can’t I asked him if he can refer to anybody he said no and hung up on me super weird I would not recommend them
