Leighton came out to fix our plumbing issue and he was AMAZING! Our main sewer line was clogged and Leighton got in there and had it cleared in no time. Portland Star Plumbing was easy to work with, prompt, and very professional. They fixed a long-standing problem (incorrectly plumbed utility sink). Both service technicians observed COVID guidelines and cleaned up after themselves. We we’re very pleased, and will be hiring them to do a big job—all the plumbing for a new, above-garage apartment—this spring!

Chris installed an additional gas line to our barbecue grill. We found him efficient, knowledgeable, timely and respectful of our property. ProLine Plumbing has also installed a new water heater for us. We are extremely pleased with their work.

I can't say enough about how satisfied I am with the service from Justin at Bruner Plumbing. I've had a shower valve that has had very low flow for months and tried everything I knew to remedy the situation, finally throwing in the towel and calling Bruner. Justin came on a service call and took the perfect methodical approach to solving the problem. Worst case scenario would have been cutting into the wall & drywall to replace the shower valve. Justin worked step by step backwashing and purging hot and cold supply lines and the valve and solved the problem. Bruner is my go to plumbing contractor and that's a comfort for me to have a solid, qualified & professional plumbing contractor in my arsenal for any problems that may come up down the road. I recommend them without reservation for your plumbing needs.

Fast, excellent service. Gary replaced a section of water line I damaged doing DIY work. Prompt service on July 5th - before I even heard back from most other plumbers I contacted. Reasonable price, too. I would recommend Gary for anyone who needs a plumber. Thank you Gary!

A very good job was done. The plumber was diligent and professional.

I had a pipe break and called them at 7:30 in the morning. They responded within minutes and came to my house that same day. Diagnosed the problem quickly (broken pipe under a concrete slab) and quickly capped the old pipe and created a new line. Solved my headache in a few hours and they were affordable and professional.

I was extremely pleased with the service Steve provided. He managed to clear out years of buildup (shingle gravel, dirt, small roots, and other things) from inside the rain drains and pipes. He was on time, friendly, reasonably priced, and thorough.

I called up Frontier Plumbing and Drain for a straight forward alcove tub install for my bathroom renovation projects. What turned into a single day job, quickly became week long project. Not because of Frontiers work, but the shoddy job previous home owners and builders did.

Jeff was great. Was up front with the costs and extra time it would take. He did what he said he would do got under budget as well. I can't but help recommend Frontier Plumbing and Drain enough to everyone I talk with.

I have used These guys on 3 plumbing projects, both for myself and aging parents. Each time, they did great work, on time, and with no drama.

Mike and his guys were knowledgeable about products (water heaters) and gave great advice about a tankless heater that fit the bill perfectly. All of the crew was nice to deal with, showed up on time, and left the job site clean and neat.

There was one problem-the computer gizmo that controls the new water heater went out shortly after the install. The board was replaced within a day of calling, no drama, no questions, no charge and even an apology-even though it wasn’t their fault.

Are they the cheapest? No idea, but the work was certainly priced within my expectations. They will be my first call for all future plumbing projects.

Showed up for the appointment on time which I find is becoming increasingly rare. The plumber was very polite and professional in every way. He was able to promptly fix the problem and charged a fair price. How refreshing not to have to endure up selling and blah blah service warranty double speak. These are my go to plumbers from now on. Couldn't be more pleased with their responsive service.

The crews she sends out are always on time and incredibly friendly and courteous. And to show how classy they are, when they couldn’t easily replace our worn-out specialty water heater, they didn’t try to upsell us. Instead Leslie recommended another plumber without hesitation who she said was the best in Portland at tricky water heater installations.
