Best General Plumbing Services in Portland OR

I requested a sewer/water line specialist through Angies List due to a water leak. Rob from PDX Sewer Solutions called withing 10 minutes after the request and even came out that late afternoon to look at the problem. There was a break in the water line that runs from the meter to the house. It was a pretty large leak. I received the estimate later that evening and I hired Rob. He gave the job priority due to the severity of the leak. Rob and his helper, Ty, were on the job two mornings later. They were on-time both days they were on the job. Rob kept me in the loop of his findings and anything else that he was concerned about. After the job, Rob and Ty put my yard back together, spread grass seed, cleaned up the dirt and sprayed the mud off the sidewalks. It looks as if nothing had happened, other than the grass less spots in my yard. I highly recommend PDX Sewer Solutions to fix your sewer/water needs. I will definitely utilize there services again. I've never experienced such superb service and quality work. Thank you Rob, Ruth and Ty!

I don't ususally write reviews at all, much less negative ones. But I am so appalled by my experience with this company... A technician came out to fix our garbage disposal. Looked down in to it for like 15 seconds, got on his ipad and said it would be over $500 to fix and that we should just replace it for over $1000. The disposal is just a year old! So I had someone else out, he got under the sink and fixed it five minutes. Didn't want to charge us at all. I called to inform the company and the person at the call center was extremely patronizing and just kept making excuses. Completely unacceptable. Beware of extreme upselling with this company!

Seth was a highly professional plumber. He did the work he said he would do in a neat, efficient manner - no mess left behind. He was also nice and conversational. His quality controls for the work completed made good sense. Will definitely ask for Seth by name again.

Left this on Yelp, too, but just want to get the word out on a great plumber: Had a great experience with Steve Ackerman (the son)! Called with a leak issue (from the ceiling), and while they couldn't work me in for a couple of days initially, they called back shortly after the same day when they had a cancellation. Steve arrived when he said he would, was polite, personable, and thorough. He tried to minimize the damage he had to do to the drywall to find the cause of the leak, and he explained every step of the way. It required another trip out to the house to get everything resolved (to allow time for drying of wet wood), but he was efficient, thorough, and left my house even a bit cleaner than when he arrived. Nice guy, obviously very knowledgeable about what he does, and he gave great advice. I will DEFINITELY use him if I ever need a plumber again.

Scott lives in the neighborhood and is always very responsive as I have had a number of plumbing issues over the years and he always diagnoses the problem and repairs it in a very timely fashion. Highly recommend 👍

Excellent Service! We are selling our house, the buyers home inspection revealed a large grease build up in our sewer line. I called Pro Drain, they gave me a quote over the phone and were out and completed the work within 2 hours of me calling! Dishawn, the technician was more than professional and got the job done very efficiently. I highly recommend Pro Drain.

Today we had a plumbing emergency. Another contractor (utility) accidentally broke our waterline. Portland Mechanical Contractors was dispatched to help. When I called, Sabrina was very understanding and did her best to get us a tech asap despite how busy they were. The tech (Eric) was a pro. He handled the problem and we got our water back 2 hrs ahead of schedule. Not an easy thing to do these days. Thanks PMC.

Could not have been more discourteuos and rude. Unprofessional and crass

Mick is a friendly, honest, trustworthy, and safe. Even though plumbing troubles are a pain, we look forward to chatting with him because he's such a great guy. He's always on time, quick to fix the problem, and helpful with advice on how to avoid future issues.

Called these guys at 9:40am on a Sunday for an active leak at one our properties. Phone rep gave an appointment time of 1:30-3:30pm. At 3:45pm I get a call from the tenant saying no one has reached out. Upon calling they let me know that they will not be able to get to it today, but also will not be able to get to it on Monday.

I was given no update via email, nor voice message. For something as pressing as an active leak this is highly unprofessional. The full time employee who works this phone line said they do not event know what Premiere Portland Plumbers is as a company. Leading me to believe that this is just a SEO for Mr. Rooter. Very poor experience and a massive waste of time.
