I have been very satisfied with all of the work now and in the past. This is a great company that performs high quality work and is responsive and has exceptional employees.

Portland Star Plumbing was easy to work with, prompt, and very professional. They fixed a long-standing problem (incorrectly plumbed utility sink). Both service technicians observed COVID guidelines and cleaned up after themselves. We we’re very pleased, and will be hiring them to do a big job—all the plumbing for a new, above-garage apartment—this spring!

We love working with the folks at Bruner and have done so for many years (exclusively). This is a top notch company with top notch people who do top notch work. They are just a bunch of really good, hardworking people who are down to earth, honest and reliable. It is easy to see why they stay so busy (be patient if you have to wait a bit, it is well worth it)!

Horrible, over-priced, extremely rude customer service!
I hired a plumber to re-connect all our under sink pipes, after we removed the sink to re-do our counters. The technician (William) was extremely rude the entire time he was in my home. When I noticed the water to the dishwasher and the water filter wasn't working, he told me he had connected the pipes he was supposed to and that turning on the water wasn't part of his job. After he connected everything, one of the pipes was leaking (which I don't believe it was previously) instead of admitting error in the reconnection process, he decided I needed a new pipe, which he promptly charged me an additional $99 for (it took him 5 minutes max to install) The price turned out to be by the job, rather than the hour (like all the other plumbers I called) Where most plumbers were $85/hr and the job took 1.5hrs, I paid $337 total (the equivalent of nearly 4 hours! It would have been one thing to be overcharged, but to be treated so rudely in my own home was totally unprofessional and unnecessary!

The office staff fit us into their schedule efficiently when an opening came up, communicated clearly, showed up on time, did the work on the spot for a fair price. It was a good experience all around.

We've used All Pro multiple times but very recently had a huge issue with a kitchen drain pipe that they fixed. There was a break in the pipe which caused water to leak into our finished basement. Kaleo and Chris were over here making the fix as soon as the water mitigation people were done with their part. They were incredibly easy to work with and very professional. The situation was very stressful on us as we just recently bought this home, but the guys from All Pro saved the day!!!! Can't recommend them enough.

Bob is a true professional, quick, honest and accessible. We noticed that our water bill tripled out of nowhere , we called Bob to come by and diagnose the issue, he was flexible and made us feel like a top priority. He had our leak fixed quickly and at a phenomenal rate. We live in Oregon City and will only be working with Nichols Plumbing moving forward.

Robert was on time, professional, and quickly located the leak under my kitchen sink. He wore shoe covers and was careful not to leave a mess after the work was completed. I am very happy I called APOLLO PLUMBING. I now have a perfectly functioning sink. He also inspected my 2 bathroom sinks to make sure there were no leaks. There was no charge for the inspections.

Everything went smoothly, from scheduling the quote to the final installation. I would highly recommend Meticulous Plumbing and would use them again. Terry was great to work with and he always wore a mask for our interactions. He was prompt and completed the job faster than expected.

Leak under the sink. Found two pipes that were defective and they were fixed in less than 30 minutes. I go to Rowe because they are there for me and I can trust them.

Looking for a plumber to help repair toilet that needed a new flow valve. Read Doug’s reviews and sent him an email. He responded right away and since it was not an emergency we came to a date that worked for both of us. He was right on time, actually a few minutes early, and listened to the noise the toilet was making. He had 2 flow valves on hand and we talked about the pros and cons of each. I picked one out and he went to work installing it. When it was installed he showed me the valve that can be used to increase or decrease the water in the bowl, something that we did not have with old flow valve. We talked about a couple of other plumbing items, such as quarter turn vs full turn water shut off valves. I felt that Doug’s price was reasonable and he was able to complete the job quickly and correctly. He also provided a 1 year warranty on his work. I would use Doug again for my plumbing needs.

So rude

These guys are horrible. First, they show up late to my appointment. The plumber tells me that he doesn't have the right van so he had no parts to fix my water heater. He tells me he will get the parts the next morning and call me. At noon the next day, I call him. Not only does he not have the parts, he hadn't even gone to get them yet. He says he's waiting for a call back and more hours go by.

Call the company for the first time a man answer the phone did not tell me the company name just said hello super standoffish I asked if he can come out to check out my home he said no he can’t I asked him if he can refer to anybody he said no and hung up on me super weird I would not recommend them
