Had a leak that was outside the house and we had to shut off the water. It was the next day before someone could get to us, but Jake was available a few hours early and got the repair done quickly. He also explained a lot about how our system works and some things we could do in the future. We were able to pay on the spot, and got an invoice by e-mail.

On Sunday morning of Thanksgiving holiday weekend, I heard a noise in my wall. A pipe rattling. Tried to find source, but everything appeared fine. However, when I looked at my water meter, the counter was ZOOMING. I shut off the water to my duplex - which meant neither I nor my tenants had water. I started calling plumbers who's websites promised 24/7 service. For the first 15 calls, I got: no answer, voice mail, or hesitant promises to send someone in a few days. I finally called Pauls. Josh answered my call and came on a holiday weekend! He found several inches of water in crawlspace. He explained the water would have to be removed before repairs could be made. When the crawl space was dried out, Ben and his apprentice came, found the problem, and fixed it to my complete satisfaction. I'd recommend Pauls Plumbing to anyone.

One of their technicians name Brandon came out to do the diagnosis. He was fast and efficient on figuring out the problem. Provided video evidence of the issues and explained what the problem was. Was able to fix it then and there and was out in an hour. We now have a warm house for the winter again! Not only that he wore shoe covers in the house. Very glad because we had just gotten our carpets replaced that week and it was rainy!!!Office wise, Amanda was great help and so pleasant to speak to. If you’re going to be spending a chunk of money, spend it somewhere good! Would recommend this company for their great staff and service.

I want to give the biggest praise to Jaime Smith! My outside water spigot broke and I couldn't turn off my water for over 2 hours. I called many pluming companies and no one would help. I reached out to Alchemy Pluming and spoke with Jaime, although it was his ONLY day off he walked me through the process in detail over a span of a couple hours ! Definitely will always call on them in the future. GIVE THAT MAN A RAISE!

The establishment had a few large neon signs that said OPEN, it was not open during business hours at 3:30 pm on Sat, 14 July. Zero public parking, the place is a bust!

Call the company for the first time a man answer the phone did not tell me the company name just said hello super standoffish I asked if he can come out to check out my home he said no he can’t I asked him if he can refer to anybody he said no and hung up on me super weird I would not recommend them
