I was very impressed with 3 Mountains Plumbing! Everyone was so nice, professional and on time! They explained everything very thoroughly.

Portland Star Plumbing was easy to work with, prompt, and very professional. They fixed a long-standing problem (incorrectly plumbed utility sink). Both service technicians observed COVID guidelines and cleaned up after themselves. We we’re very pleased, and will be hiring them to do a big job—all the plumbing for a new, above-garage apartment—this spring!

Fast, excellent service. Gary replaced a section of water line I damaged doing DIY work. Prompt service on July 5th - before I even heard back from most other plumbers I contacted. Reasonable price, too. I would recommend Gary for anyone who needs a plumber. Thank you Gary!

Vitaliy came out, the same day we called him, to look at replacing our water heater in our basement. With all our pipes exposed in the basement, he immediately saw another problem, that explained some other issues we were also having with our 66 yr old home. Long story short, we chose to re-pipe all our water lines at the same time. He gave us different pricing options and provided a timeline. He finished the job 2 days faster than he thought and under budget too!. We are very happy. An added plus, he has a great hearty laugh. You won't be disappointed with Diligent Plumbing.

My neighbors called this company but for some reason they're blocking my driveway and when I came out to ask the driver to move the car he told me he'd be leaving in a few minutes anyway and then just walked away and disappeared. I said I needed to be able to get out of my driveway soon and I am not convinced that that matters to anyone. Furthermore I don't even see the necessity for blocking my driveway.

Austin was beyond knowledgeable. Give that man a raise.

He knew his stuff and answered every question I had.

We had a clog down our drain pipe for our washer and Jeff got it sorted out in a few minutes. We tried getting it unclogged with a rented equipment from Home Depot ourselves but with no success. You gotta let the professional, Jeff in this case, do what he do best.

Very nice and professional personnel. They were able to come out to our house within two hours for a septic pump that died and were able to replace it the same day. Would definitely recommend using them and we will do so again if necessary.

I've had such a great experience with Western Plumbing! The lady on the phone was super nice and extremely helpful! Jason and the other guy who came out we're both super nice and respectful with our home. They worked quick and efficient so no time was wasted. I could tell they didn't want to waste time lollygagging and just wanted to get the job done. I wouldn't ask anyone else to do the job in our home besides them! THANK YOU WESTERN PLUMBING!

I had a very unpleasant experience with the plumber who came out. This company was chosen by my home warranty policy, I would have never chosen them. Mike practically barged in my home (not using appropriate personal space), didn't listen to my experience with my appliance problem, and failed to remove his gloves after touching dirty surfaces before opening doors. He stayed all of 3 minutes and then walked out the door as I was asking a question.

Very grouchy crew and less knowledgeable than I was expecting. The guy in the back desk was helpful but just handed me parts I will make work. I guess I don't look like a guy who knows about plumbing.
