Tony Allen was outstanding! He remedied the major drainage issues in our bathroom sink and tub. I had previously tried using Draino and my own drain auger to clean out the blockages and had no success. Tony was able to clear the large blockage’s composed of sludge and hair lodged very deep in our old, original metal piping. On top of that he was extremely friendly and professional. He informed me about the fundamental issue with using Draino to clear blockages and turned me on to an effective enzyme-based solution for proactive maintenance. Working with Tony was excellent, and if the other technicians with the company are anything like him, then I highly recommend 3 Mountains Plumbing.

I’m not sure why my experience was so different than the other reviewers. It might be because this was part of a repiping project for an entire condo complex? I own one of the condos and on the first day, I came home to my place completely torn apart to the point where it was almost unlivable. Stuff was piled on my bed and things were spilled. I am very tidy and organized so this was difficult for me. During the process there were multiple leaks that I was told were fixed, but continued to come back. Then they closed the ceilings/wall and didn’t put anything back in place. I they tried to put some sliding pantry doors back, but did it wrong and I had to fix it. It took hours to get everything back. Then a month later, I had a leak in my ceiling. I can’t speak to the cost or communication as this was handled by my property manager/HOA. But it has been a difficult and frustrating process to say the least. I’m glad they have been better for others.

On Sunday morning of Thanksgiving holiday weekend, I heard a noise in my wall. A pipe rattling. Tried to find source, but everything appeared fine. However, when I looked at my water meter, the counter was ZOOMING. I shut off the water to my duplex - which meant neither I nor my tenants had water. I started calling plumbers who's websites promised 24/7 service. For the first 15 calls, I got: no answer, voice mail, or hesitant promises to send someone in a few days. I finally called Pauls. Josh answered my call and came on a holiday weekend! He found several inches of water in crawlspace. He explained the water would have to be removed before repairs could be made. When the crawl space was dried out, Ben and his apprentice came, found the problem, and fixed it to my complete satisfaction. I'd recommend Pauls Plumbing to anyone.

Just moved out here and my rental had an issue. They were quick and friendly and most of all they were reasonably priced.

Our technician Steve J. Did a swift and thorough job repairing the kitchen faucet. He took his time answering any questions we had and provided full detail what he did for future issues.

Very pleased with the service I received. John came out and located and uncovered a leak in our service from the street. The location of the leak was non-obvious, and I would have never found it without him. He was very pleasant and a nice guy to work with. I would recommend this service to anyone in need.

Would not recommend. Overpriced and they are not truthful with the time spent on labor. They do not inform clients of charges prior to service (they apparently charge travel time, which was not communicated to us). Costumer service poor. Many other more affordable and honest choices in town.

Mick installed a new kitchen sink faucet and checked out my toilet that had been constantly running. He was prompt, honest, personable and very reasonable in his price. I was totally satisfied!!
