Ti helped save the day yet again!!! We’ve called Sutherland on 3 different occasions to replace our garbage disposal, water heater, and kitchen sink/faucet (they just did this today!) and they’ve surpassed my expectations with their level of service every single time.

I used PEX PDX to replace galvanized plumbing, including the main water line and my entire house. These two tasks were separated by me to ease the financial pain, and they were willing to accommodate this. My hybrid water heater was already set up (by a friend), and when they saw it they asked if I wanted them to redo it, and quoted a number in line with others for water heater installation. The redo looked flawless, and I’ve had no problems with plumbing, and the drywall holes were small enough that we opted to fix them ourselves. Each service was a two-day process, with installation one day (accomplished in a few hours), and inspection by the city the next. Lot of places are capable of doing this work, but the reasons to choose this place are how I was treated, and how the company treats its workers. As a woman, I’m used to being condescended to and asked if I’d like to see their pink options; these guys talked to me about symbols I painted and my rock collection. Super easy to work with and work around. When I asked what it was like to work there, they raved about the place. This is a huge relief, since I’m not interested in surrendering my hard earned dollars to a company that makes employees miserable. How can you take pride in your work if your employer is shameful? If I have other plumbing needs, I’ll call them again.

The office staff fit us into their schedule efficiently when an opening came up, communicated clearly, showed up on time, did the work on the spot for a fair price. It was a good experience all around.

I had a pipe leaking in my garage and it was causing water damage to my house. I had no idea what the source was, so I called Yuriy and he found the leak right away and fixed it promptly. I was very impressed with the quality of the work and how cleanly he fixed the leak, and cleaned up after himself afterwards. Would highly recommend anyone to hire P1 Plumbing for any plumbing repairs you need!

Bought a water heater from them in 2017 and they installed a propane water heater which my natural gas does nit convert to. I called them and the lady was rude and extremely unprofessional, she told me that since they are closing their doors this week and going out do business it doesn't matter. Talked to a very reputable plumbing company Sky Heating, AC, Plumbing and Electrical and they said that is absolutely wrong and why my unit is leaking. Do not work with this company and if you need a plumbing company go to them because unlike Western Plumbing they know what they are doing, they are professional and they actually care about people and the work they do. I will be filing a complaint with the CCB as well as the Attorney General. The least they could do is prorate the cost so we can put it towards a new one since they screwed up.

Avoid Happy's Plumbing by all means. The owner; Jack is extremely ill tempered and disrespectful. I cant believe people like that are even allowed to have a CCB license. His prices wont make you happy and his profanity and insults don't add any value to the deal.
