Sutherland has special equipment that allows for greater efficiency and less impact to my property. He minimized the size of the holes in the concrete by using a machine that injects water and sucks out gravel and soil.

At no extra charge, they replaced an outside faucet, emptied out my sink trap, replaced faulty faucets aerators, repaired concrete in driveway, repaired a damaged waterline in the house, and installed extra shut off valves.

Daniel was super awesome prompt and flexible with our crazy hotel schedule. Thank you Daniel for being a good sport and taking care of our room issues promptly and efficiently.

Pex to the rescue! I'd been quoted a truly huge number by another local plumbing service and I was so worried about how I was going to pay for the repipe and my mortgage. Greg came over right away, he was even a little early. He was really thorough and my dogs both liked him.

He told me how the repipe would go, when his team would arrive, what I should keep an eye on and even which plants would probably die as a result of the new water system install (it's fine, I didn't like that one anyway). He showed me pictures of the new hardware they would install and talked me through everything that would happen after they were done from the inspection to the drywall fix, which was included in the price of the repipe (the other company I'd gotten a quote from did not include repipe or guarantee against any damage to the house).

I appreciated that he gave me a discount for paying with check, and that he didn't pressure me to make a choice right away. Even though my problem was slightly urgent, he trusted me to know when I was going to be making my housing decisions. Also, his price-point was almost too good to be true after what the other company quoted me. I looked up average prices for a repipe in Portland and it was the other company who was way off base price-wise. They most have thought I didn't have another option.

The day of, Enrique, Gaven and Jason arrived when we expected them to, they did what they said they would do and even wiped down and re-arranged the cleaning products under the sink when they were done. My kitchen sink has always been backwards but they fixed it while they were piping, they also did a new toilet install the same day because I'd mentioned that I always hated my toilet and it turns out it was really affordable to add it on.

While they were working they used drop cloths to protect our floors and other furniture and they left things clean and tidy. The repipe itself took one day and the only spots where you could even tell someone did major work is where the drywall had to be cut. Also, they were patient with our dogs who were barking a lot at all the noise.

I'm so relieved to have this done and taken care of, Deanne in the office was quick to respond to my questions and pleasant to talk to every time.

We had a clog down our drain pipe for our washer and Jeff got it sorted out in a few minutes. We tried getting it unclogged with a rented equipment from Home Depot ourselves but with no success. You gotta let the professional, Jeff in this case, do what he do best.

David was very responsive and professional. Our water heater had a leak from the top and we were unable to completely shut off the main water line. David helped us shut off the main water line and installed a brand new water heater for us within the same day. Thankful for his quick response and answering all questions we have. He's very knowledgeable and I would definitely go to David again for any future plumbing issues.

We had a leak in our main water line. It turned into a massive job because the leak detection company had difficulty locating the leak. Sarkinen plumbing had to do a great deal of work for me over a number of weeks. Derek and Daniel were both co-leading the job. Both are extremely professional, genuine and responsive. I was in a pretty desperate situation, and was afraid that they would try to take advantage of me. They didn't at all. They were honest, direct, and clear with their communication, and very reasonable and fair with their charges. I HIGHLY recommend Sarkinen. I feel strongly you can trust them to be reasonable, and deliver responsive, high quality work that they'll stand behind.

I hired Apollo for a sewer line repair. Apollo was hired to simply replace a sewer line but it was near a tree that was very important to me that we save. This made the project far more complicated than a simple sewer line repair. Brad and his team were understanding of that and they worked tirelessly, one attempt after another, to find a solution to replace the line without damaging the giant tree in my yard. It wasn’t simple, and I am sure at times very frustrating but they never showed that frustration and continued to seek solutions. I greatly appreciate the care and efforts made! Highly recommend!

Our tenants recently called to inform us that they were left a notice from the Portland Water Bureau stating they had excessive water usage. Being out of town I searched Google and called several plumbing companies and was impressed with the response, knowledge and professionalism from Pacific Crest Plumbing. They were able to fit a new line replacement and coordinate with our tenants. Very happy with our experience and definitely recommend.

Called over the weekend and scheduled a day for them to come out and snake a drain pipe from my home to the street. They called the morning of and said they may be running behind. Several hours later they called and said they couldn’t make it today. I asked if they could schedule it another day and they refused. If you’re not going to show up, why schedule the appointment in the first place. 10/10 DO NOT RECOMMEND. Save your time and find someone who wants to work.

I haven't call them for plumbing services. And I NEVER will. One of their drivers almost caused an accident in Oregon city this evening. Probably shouldn't have tried to switch lanes at the last second. And if you are going to drive like a crazy person, DON'T DO IT IN YOUR COMPANYS VEHICLE!!!

Call the company for the first time a man answer the phone did not tell me the company name just said hello super standoffish I asked if he can come out to check out my home he said no he can’t I asked him if he can refer to anybody he said no and hung up on me super weird I would not recommend them
