I had a leak in the water line between the street and my house that required a new water line installed under my driveway, under the foundation and hooked up to my existing pipes. Ti and crew arrived on time with a directional boring specialist and even arranged for a flag crew to monitor traffic in front of my house. I was surprised at how quickly and efficiently they accomplished the job.
My house is 25 years old, so Ti installed new shut off valves for me at main meter, irrigation turn on/off and new shutoff valve under the house, all of which I can operate myself.
I also had him install a new water heater and a recirculating pump.
Everything they installed is top of the line and according to code. When the City of Portland inspector came out and saw the Sutherland truck, he smiled and said he trusted Ti and his crew to do quality work always according to code.
Lastly, as a courtesy, they went through my house and checked all faucets and drains and even installed a new hose bib outside that was dripping.
I have had to call Ti with some questions since they completed the job and he always returns my calls and helps me. I’m delighted to highly recommend Sutherland Plumbing and will always call them for any plumbing needs.

So I had an outside water pipe burst. Pulled it off and capped it. Turned the water back on only to not have hot water pressure. Low and behold it was the valve on the hot water heater wasn't turning on all the way. Earl is amazing plethora of knowledge and even gave me some pointers on things. Above all else reasonably priced as well. Deff will be my go to plumber from here on out.

They were the first to call about our need for service. They were professional courteous covid concerned. They were the most reasonable quote allowing for senior discount and cash discount. Saved us almost 300$ from the next service estimate. Installed a gas hot water heater. Then cleaned up the area and answered many question. Would certainly use them for any new problem. Excellent.

I needed a natural gas pipe connection terminated and capped. I was in a real bind from a scheduling perspective and Adam and his team came to my rescue. I called almost every plumber in the Portland Metro area and no one was able to help for a simple job that took about one hour from start to finish. They went above and beyond to help me out and their price was absolutely reasonable, based on the fact that they were willing to accommodate my schedule. I can't say enough about how satisfied I am with the service from Justin at Bruner Plumbing. I've had a shower valve that has had very low flow for months and tried everything I knew to remedy the situation, finally throwing in the towel and calling Bruner. Justin came on a service call and took the perfect methodical approach to solving the problem. Worst case scenario would have been cutting into the wall & drywall to replace the shower valve. Justin worked step by step backwashing and purging hot and cold supply lines and the valve and solved the problem. Bruner is my go to plumbing contractor and that's a comfort for me to have a solid, qualified & professional plumbing contractor in my arsenal for any problems that may come up down the road. I recommend them without reservation for your plumbing needs.

An old plastic shut-off valve got stuck halfway through, its handle cracked. No way to open, no turning. Not repairable, just cut out and replace, but because it was sitting right next to the wall, one has to go to the crawlspace and put a longer chunk of pipe too. Not a problem for Gary with Precision. Now I can enjoy the shower and not wait for the washing machine nor toilet to stop refilling. Probably more important: with the new brass valve I can reliably shut off the water any time. Thank you Gary!

Sewer backed up into the house. Dan, from Roto-Rooter arrived and figured out the problem quickly. He made a quick fix and offered their solution to a permanent fix. Great service, will definitely use again.
