We thought it was only a plugged drain, but turned out to be a much more serious and costly problem. Three Mountains did a thorough evaluation of all my pipes and had to replace pipes in the crawl space and under the sink, which required opening the garage wall, too. They evaluated my garbage disposal and advised that it was working well, so I returned the one I had bought. Each technician was pleasant and knowledgeable and on time, with phone calls previous to arrival.I have confidence and peace of mind knowing the work was done correctly. Many thanks to each ~ Nick, Connor, Klint and especially David, for all the times he climbed in and out of the smelly crawl space. I'd definitely call 3 Mtns again if I need other work.

After seven long months of sewer repair, it backed up again after only a short time! I called David and he came right out. He was thorough,and explained the problem and gave me referrals to get the job finished. He even sent me a confirming dirty movie for further reference! We had 2 really good plumbers came to the house and replaced our outdated (and small) pipes coming off the washing machine. It wasn't a known issue at first, but they suspected it from the problem we described and they made themselves available for us to contact if we had another issue - which we did. No problems getting in touch with the staff or the plumbers directly, and quickly responded. They were thorough and worked to the end of the job, helped move the washing machine and dryer back into place, and tolerated our annoying little dog.

Terry Massey installed an extensive array of plumbing in our new church building a few years ago. The building is large with multiple bathrooms, kitchen and nursery facilities for young children. Additionally, we did a major redo of many of the water supplies and waste drainage throughout our several acre property, some of which were quite complicated. His work was on time, excellent and has served us well. His demeanor, congeniality and positive attitude made it a pleasure to work with him. I highly recommend his plumbing company for your needs.

Mac arrived within the hour, was thorough, fixed the issue & left site fairly clean BUT be warned: their minimum price is $500!! Which I was NOT told when asking for ballpark figure. So drain cleaning that my plumber son said should be about $100 was 5 times the expected - guess that's what you get for rapid response...
