Coleman and Paul showed up earlier than predicted, surveyed the problem quickly and replaced a bad hybrid water heater with a new one on the same day within about 4 hrs. My septic system seemed to be failing. I had large puddles of water that smelled bad where my drain field was located. I made a call to River City. They were able to come out quickly and assess the problem. Part of my drain field collapsed. It took a few days, but they were able to fix it. The price was reasonable and I am happy with the quality of work.

On time! Job done in a timely fashion. Definitely would hire again.

Mario and Smitty's Sewer Service were fantastic! Very responsive, exactly on time, with a can do attitude. We had a tricky problem with the outflow pipe of our septic that Mario came up with a good plan for, and clearly explained every step of the repair. The price was extremely reasonable, especially considering the high labor costs today. We Highly recommend Smitty's for any septic or sewer issues you need resolved. Would've given 6 stars!

They listened to my feedback and explained that the hourly rate should have been disclosed at time of booking and they will re-emphasize this with their booking agents. Thank you!Original Review: Beware their hourly rate of $425 per hour! At time of booking, they told me about a $65 service fee which would be applied to total cost if I gave them the go-ahead. They did not disclose their $425/hour rate, and that the minimum charge is one hour, until the plumber was standing in my house. At that point, you don’t have a lot of choice unless you want to wait another week for a different plumber. Buyer beware.That said, the plumber (Josh) arrived on time, was nice and explained things clearly, practiced good COVID precautions, fixed the pipe, and cleaned up in about 30 minutes. I would have been 5-star thrilled had the job come in at $250-$275, but it was a big surprise at $450.

Woke up the other morning and had luke warm water in all my faucets. By night time, the water was ice cold. Thought I needed a new water heater. :( Called Vitaliy, he was here on Friday and arrived early. Turned out the pilot light had gone out, he lit it, and that was it! :)
All I can say is, Vitaliy was prompt, professional, funny and courteous. He also took the time to explain the “why, what and how.” Really nice guy and so was his helper. If I should ever need any type of plumbing, etc., I’ll be calling on Dilligent Plumbing! Thank you so much!!!!
