100% Delighted with our experience with Sutherland Plumbing from initial contact with Courtney through performance of the work by Sean. We have found our forever plumbing contractor on the basis of:

- Professionalism in terms of customer engagement, professional knowledge, and respect for our home as a worksite. Sean wore a mask for the entire visit, which was much appreciated.
- Sean provided consultation on the diagnosis of two separate issues and possible solutions for each; fixture options - explaining differences and accurate quotes.
- Sean arrived on time, performed the needed work to high quality standards, and left nothing behind but a newly installed toilet and a clean worksite...and an extremely happy customer.

It is clear that this is a solid and professionally operated business that cares about their customer outcomes and seems to be seeking long term customer relationships. When I contacted Sutherland I was asked specific questions to not only understand what we required, but also the urgency of the work. Our issues were not emergencies and we were happy to queue up for having the work done within a couple of weeks in deference to those with more urgent needs. Without a doubt this approach to scheduling allows for more accurate time blocking and less pressure on Sutherland staff and customers.

At 7:00 p.m. when the pipe broke under the house on a Saturday nothing is going right. I called Proline and the dispatcher was very professional in taking my info, when Tyrone showed up he was polite and checked out how bad I screwed things up. He told me how much it was going to cost and got right to work. Unfortunately there was no way to get to the break, so he had to open up the floor. He only cut what he needed to. Very happy with the service and I will call Proline again if I need anything else done with the plumbing.

We use River City at work for the lot maintenance. When the sceptic tank at my aunt's house started filling her leech field, I called them too because they have always been reliable and good about the price.

I definitely recommend Anytime Plumbing. I had a leak for my toilet that raised my water bill 150% a month. I called Anytime Plumbing and spoke to Jennifer who was really nice and communicative. I explained my situation to her and she was able to schedule me for the next day! Zack came out and was receptive to me working from home and not being able to be in the same room with him. We basically texted throughout the entire experience as I was working. He fixed my leak, assessed how much it would cost to put in a garbage disposal, and as an added bonus, he checked my water meter to make sure everything was up and running.

This is long overdue, but recently a girlfriend and I had a disagreement over whose plumber was better (No, you need to use MY guy for your next project.) Turns out we both use Terry. The entire crew is lovely, I trust them to give a fair quote and do great work. Bonus points: my cats love them.

Smitty's Sewer was recommended as a company able to deal with a potentially broken storm drain pipe. They were responsive and fitted us into their schedule both for the initial evaluation and for doing the work (turns out we needed to have a rain garden installed to avoid the broken storm drain). In December 2022 when everyone is scheduling into January Smitty's was ready to take on this relatively small job almost immediately. Mario made the whole thing seamless and our larger remodeling plans were not disrupted but greatly helped by his responsiveness. The company was on time, professional, kept the area tidy, communicated well, worked hard, and provided cost effective service. We will definitely reach out to them in the future for drain cleaning and other pipe related services. Thanks for the good work and happy year-end holidays to all!

They came out to re-route some plumbing for us that came up during a kitchen remodel. They were able to come out that day (but had initially intended to come out the next day, so that was a lovely surprise for us that they were able to make time for us). They were professional and friendly. Would highly recommend.

I can't say enough great things about Burfitt Plumbing! I had multiple plumbing issues that I had been putting off - nervous about what the cost would be. One of the issues was my water heater, not generating enough hot water anymore. My neighbor had the same issue around the same time, and his plumber replaced the whole water heater. Burfitt was able to just replace the bottom heating unit - saving me hundreds of dollars. The technician also took care of a leaky pipe that was attached to the garbage disposal and my broken bathroom drain plug. All this taken care of quickly, professionally and inexpensively and on a Saturday to boot! I wish I would have called sooner!
