David did a sewer scope for my wife and I on a home that we are purchasing. This is our first home purchase he communicated clearly what he saw and let us know about an issue. Thank you.

We had our old water heater go out unexpectedly after it started spouting out really hot water and then no hot water. We knew it was time for a new electric water heater, so after calling around a couple different shops, we decided to go with Sutherland.

They were responsive from beginning to end, with Courtney in the office answering our call and connecting us with Ti over text who gave us a few different options. One thing that stood out while we were deciding on who to go with was their thoroughness in asking for pictures of our current set up, instead of just throwing out a $$ quote. They also install US-made Bradford White heaters which was a plus for us.

For the actual install, Cameron and Nate did an excellent job. They were punctual (to the minute), professional in explaining the job, and thorough in their job quality (with Nate even sweeping up our back porch!). They even replaced a few old faucet heads around the house.

Sutherland isn't the cheapest option in town, but if you're looking for quality work (they don't cut corners), knowledgeable plumbers who will take the time to tell you what they are doing, and a team that will work quickly but not hurry, I'd highly recommend these guys.

Eddie was very professional and courteous. Proline was very easy to work with and responsive. Would definitely recommend them if looking to replace a water heater.

Wish you guys could hire drivers that know how to drive, use their signals, not be on their phones, not swerve into others that call them out for their awful driving...makes you guys look REALLY bad as a company

He is the best. Heather the scheduler, is amazing as well, very professional and helpful, always in a good mood. Bruner plumbing will definitely get my repeat business after they fit me in within 30 minutes(!) of first contacting them. Granted my problem was small but still needed attention. The technician, Robert, was very proficient in correcting my problem and the price was very fair, all things considered!

Vitaliy from Diligent Plumbing was awesome to work with. We called because we had a pipe break under our sink. He came in, was super friendly, gave us three separate options and explained the costs, what would be involved, and how good each option would be to fix the overall problem. We ended up going big and having them replace the entire sink and faucet and we let them do everything. Within a week and a half, they ordered the sink/faucet and were here to install it. No problems, no fuss, just great service. If I have any issues that require a plumber in the future, I know who I'll call.
