Can't recommend them highly enough. We've been using Sutherland for years. They've done everything for us from fix a leaking graywater pipe in the crawlspace, to install a new toilet and sink, to replace a leaking hose bib, to upgrade all of the turnoff valves on the sinks so we'd actually be able to use them in case of emergency. We call them every single time because they are courteous, knowledgeable, and fair with their pricing while also making sure you get the highest quality materials that won't break again in the future. I like how you can communicate with them via text before your scheduled time because they work hard to collect any necessary information IN ADVANCE of the visit, so they don't show up without the parts they need. Call Sutherland!

Power Plumbing to the rescue! We had a nightmare scenario where a drain pipe had rotted out under the foundation of our house. The job entailed zipping open the foundation of our house and replacing the pipe that was buried under concrete. They were up front about scheduling concerns, and the folks that came out for the work were courteous and thoughtful throughout the whole process. The job got done quickly and at a really reasonable price, all things considered. Thanks again!

I've had a few jobs with Happy's Plumbing and my latest job had a lot of moving pieces. With my limited knowledge of plumbing, Leslie at Happy's was patient and explained the scope of work in a way I understood. She was highly professional and responsive in helping me coordinate all the vendors. Leslie understood the impact on the tenant and worked within a reasonable timeframe. Highly recommend Happy's Plumbing. Another thing to note, Leslie always answered the phone. Great experience.

Jeremy is the absolute best. Name the attributes of an ideal service provider and Jeremy has them all. Communicative? Yes, efficient and effective -he'll let you know repair options. Time management? I've never met anyone who works faster. Quality? He cannot be beat in quality. He knows his stuff. Honest. Friendly. As a housing provider for over a decade, I spend a lot of money on service providers. Jeremy is the only one who leaves me consistently with this comforting reaction to his skills and professionalism: He's worth it.

We have relied on Crouchley to help maintain our aging plumbing in our older home for close to 20 years now, and have always found them to be kind, professional, highly competent and fair. Most recently, we needed their help fixing a leaky shower faucet that was getting worse each day. They were booked up for a couple of weeks when I called, as were others when I look around. I asked if we could be put on a cancellation list and, as luck would have it, Roger had a cancellation in the field within a day and he was able to come and fix it a week before our scheduled appointment. These folks are dedicated, friendly, know what they're doing, and in it for the long haul.

Cornel's installed our new water heater. They had better quotes and walked me through all of my options given our unique needs. They were professional and did a fantastic job! I will hire them again in a heartbeat.

If you use Grumpy’s service it will be you who is grumpy. I had them come in September to clean my drains. Soon thereafter it rained and the drains were plugged again. I thought perhaps it was my fault because some moss was left in the drains when I had the roof cleaned. That was not the case. I called them again, but this time I observed their attempt to blow the drain out. Their technician, the same one who performed the first service, could not even get his equipment down the drain where there are 90 degree turns. He tried for 30 minutes and could not perform the service. Now I was confronted with digging up the line and finding the obstruction myself. It took significant time, but it did find the problem and it was extensive. Years of fir needles were compacted in the pipe right before it entered the drain field. When confronting Rita at Grumpy’s she assures me that the drain was clean in September. That was impossible. I observed that they could not even get their equipment to the site of the clog and when I removed it the blockage was extensive.
Advise - save yourself the aggravation and use someone more trustworthy and honorable.
