We have called on Sutherland Plumbing several times, the first was years ago, meeting Ty himself. A true professional, we made sure to keep their contact information for future needs. We've since had friends who have used their services and agree, they are the best!

Most recently, I needed to find the source of a leak. Cameron arrived as scheduled, and was honest and sincere in his estimations about what our issue was. I also had him look at the fixtures and toilet in one of our bathrooms, and again he was honest with what we needed. Cameron clearly communicated exactly what he would do, and followed this up with an estimate that landed in my email before I got back home!

When Cameron and Jack returned to do the work, it was completed in a timely manner, and they cleaned everything up and took away the old materials. They had to cut into the drywall, and did such a great job with that, it will be an easy fix.

The BEST!!! Our water main broke on a busy Friday afternoon so we frantically called anyone we could find to get to us right away. That turned out to be a disaster! Once they turned the water off and left we were able to calm down & gather our thoughts We started to look at other options and RATINGS. Nick wasted no time and came out to assess the situation first thing the next morning (Sat). He was so friendly, polite, and understood our situation perfectly. He really is such a great guy and very professional. He had the situation under control and completely taken care of within just a few days. His timing, professionalism, and care were so far above what we expected. I just cannot recommend Pacific Crest enough!

We had such a great experience with Meticulous Plumbing. They communicated very well, always texted and emailed not only to remind but when plumbers were on their way. Plumbers were VAXINATED, which is hard to find in this industry! The work was more expensive than we thought and booked a few weeks out, but that is the state of affairs right now. I would highly recommend them.

Beau came out to fix a busted pipe in a crawl space. He wasn’t able to make the repair without first having the damage to the crawl space repaired. Like a pro, he coordinated with a company to get that process started the same day. Once he came back to to make the repair, he got it done quickly, but warned that if there back flow, to call and he’d be back ASAP. Lo and behold, the back flow started, and he was back onsite to take care of it within 30 minutes of getting the call. He does his job right and stands by his work, and he wants his customers to be happy. He’s a busy guy, but give him a call, and he’ll do his best to take care of you!

Doug came out and diagnosed and repaired a CPVC pipe leak that has caused significant water damage on our 1st floor. He was earlier than our appt time, got to work immediately and was very, very fast. I was impressed with his knowledge, and the information he shared in a no nonsense, matter of fact manner. If we have plumbing work to do again, Doug will be the one we call!

I called to have my bathtub uncloged and I was going in to my sisters room to get 50 dollars for a 2 minute job.I was not fast enough for them to give them the money they left so I called and ask if I could pay with my debit card and the crew and answering service told me they would have someone call me and the crew thought they wasted their time to come out and unclog my bathtub drain for a 2 minute job and they wanted to charge me $50.00 the one guy I think his name was Ben was a smart ass to began with as soon as I answered my door I will not use pauls plumbing again.

This is my 4th experience with Pro Fleet. They always take care of me. This time I had an issue at my rental, and they had a plumber to my house within an hour. I appreciate the speed that they work with, I can always count on them.

We wanted all our galvanized pipe replaced with PEX pipe. We were given a very reasonable quote and told them to go ahead and do the job. I was told it would take a day to complete. These guys came on time laid out cover to protect our carpet, wore masks and proceeded to install the PEX pipe. I was a little hesitant believing they could finish the project in one day but they did. My wife and I were amazed how fast they worked. They also kept us updated with the work. I've gone through his services via Choice Home Warranty for a leaking Garbage Disposal issue. I had to go through so much of pain dealing with him. He neither responds to customers timely nor stand by his commitments. At the same time, he's extremely rude... at one point of time, he said if he should steal something from a store.

All of the storm drains were plugged on our recently purchased 1980's era home. Bob augured out a large amount of tree roots from the underground line. He and Ama sent a video camera through the line to identify where any line breaks were. They verified the exact location with a metal detector tuned to the video camera's frequency. A temporary fix to the line was completed just before our 4+ rainstorm arrived, and a permanent fix was identified. They gave us the video camera results on a memory stick for future reference. Keeping water away from the foundation will go a long way to mitigate our water in the crawl space problem. Thanks Bob and Ama.
