I contacted them yesterday and am so grateful that I did. This company was phenomenal is diagnosing and fixing my plumbing problem which caused a flood in my basement area. As busy as plumbers traditionally are on Monday mornings, the owner of the company himself, David Hefley, after listening to the desperation in my voice mail message, came to my house and immediately began to resolve the issue. I have never seen anyone move so quickly and purposefully to find and repair the issue so that my house could once again be completely restored for use of all plumbing. David is a smart, analytical person who works at lightning speed while being able to think, converse and act effectively to get the job done. He also has a great sense of humor, something that I think is an asset for the line of work he does! I bet there will come a time that most homeowners like myself will require the help of a professional plumber to step in and get a problem fixed. You don't have to look any further and just call this company. You will be happily relieved that you did.

Jon is great, very responsive and professional. Proline plumbing has been a great company to work with. I had an emergency water loss and they got Jon out right away. I called proline again and Jon installed my kitchen sink and garbage disposal. Very happy with their service.

Lemme first start this off by saying my partner and I are first time homeowners.

The other day we had an emergency, when our neighbors came to our door and told us our front yard was flooding! We started to panic, we had now idea about this problem and this was a first for us!

We tried to figure out what was happening by ourself and our neighbor but were unable to find the cause. Finally, my partner caved and called around trying to find a plumber around the area that could come same evening. After a bunch of calls and let downs we finally got connected to home advisor and they said they would connect us to someone who could help.

Here comes Rob and his partner Ty to save the day, after a long day out in McMinnville, Rob had no problem answering the call, helping us try to figure out where the mainline to shut off our water was and helping us at stay calm all at the same time.

After about a 10min conversation with my partner, Rob was knocking on our door within an hour to help us figure out the problem.

He quickly told us everything that he believed to be the problem and that we would be without water for the night but that he and his crew would be there first thing to figure out the problem.

I left my house the next morning around 8:30ish to head to work and Ty had already come out to get the work started! I was super happy to see that they kept their word and came out first thing! I also never mentioned that this was also on a Sunday, which shows a lot cause who wants to work on Sunday!

Rob and Ty worked all day from 8:30am to 5pm. They dug up a hole in our yard, found the problem, and replaced everything that he could. He not only explained everything he did to with great detail, he did so in a way where I felt like I was learning something and felt more comfortable about any problem we may have in the future!

Words can’t describe how lucky we were to have found Rob and His crew to help us with a very scary problem, as most home owners know anything that happens can be scary when you don’t know what’s going on, and Rob made us feel very comfortable and helped ease anxiety we had with it all.

I’ve met very few people in my life who actually love what they do and love helping people, and after everything experienced with Rob I can tell he is without a doubt one of those people!

So thank you Rob and Ty for all your hard work, you made two young home owners very happy!

Mario is amazing. Very easy to work with. Talks over the phone and tells you how things are in a way you can understand. In my case he came out to unplug the drain to the septic instead he helped us find out our septic tank and showed me that it was full and needed pumped. He didn’t even charge me for the trip although he certainly could have as his service was valuable. I highly recommend Smitty’s if you’re looking for a place where you can quickly get a response from a human who will treat you fairly and do very good work if you need it.

We were having water pressure issues and needed to replace our PRV. We didn’t want to use the first plumbing company we used to diagnose the problem so we contacted Gary and he came right away. We are so thankful that we found him. He was patient and thorough and an excellent communicator. We will definitely use him again and we would recommend him to our friends and neighbors without hesitation.

Kevin is a first rate technician, very thorough.

My neighbors called this company but for some reason they're blocking my driveway and when I came out to ask the driver to move the car he told me he'd be leaving in a few minutes anyway and then just walked away and disappeared. I said I needed to be able to get out of my driveway soon and I am not convinced that that matters to anyone. Furthermore I don't even see the necessity for blocking my driveway.

Gave me an estimate that was three times higher than others. Overcharging a non-profit over $2700!

Recently used Power Plumbing to replace a toilet. Their office was responsive and scheduling was easy. Plumber arrived on time and did a great job. Final cost was as estimated over the phone during my initial call.

We own a duplex, and Bob has helped us over the years with hooking up new faucets, garbage disposals, and replacing old drain pipes with new ones that aren't filled with 50 years of sludge and rust. Today he came out with one day's notice to replace one of our water heaters which was 16 years old. Lo-and-behold, the other unit's water heater began to leak while he was here. Unbelievable! It turned out to have been leaking inside for years and filled with rust. So he ended up replacing both for us. Yes, it was an expensive day for us, but, hey, they are good for years now. His work is professional, and he takes a great deal of pride in doing it well. We highly recommend Bob and Nichols Plumbing.

I just had a very poor interaction with the owner, not the crew of this company. My entire house is being remodeled after buying it and finding out that the flip company did poor work and therefore all the plumbing and a large majority of the house needs to be replaced or fixed. Very upsetting ordeal. I currently only have a bathroom sink and toilets working. A crew came out and quoted us and the employee that came out was greatly t! Very knowledgeable and understanding to our situation. Their quote came back the highest out of four we got in the area. But, we still decided to call them back and see when they could start the job given his employees knowledge and character. The owner told me the majority of his crew was sick and they could not start the job for 2 weeks, but would call me back if he thought his crew could start sooner so we could finalize things. After calling several other companies to see when they could start, one company (Beaverton Plumbing) could start the soonest and was the most inexpensive and their staff scheduling us were very nice and accommodating. Paul called me back today 6 days later, and asked when I could sign his proposal. I simply told him since all our plumbing has been out for some time we had to hire a company that could start sooner. This instantly enraged him and he began to berate me about how much I had inconvenienced him and including telling me off about not hiring them. I was shocked and apologized and told him the situation to which he interrupted me and implied me my apology was useless.
Right now I am glad I did not choose this company just because the owners attitude and I am glad they never started work. Being a small business owner myself I would never talk to a customer that way and I too have to make lots of estimates and often I invest more work then I would like just to get turned down or have a customer choose someone else over me, but I would never yell or demean a customer for doing this and vent my frustrations on them. This is apart of the business and given that I did not hear back for over 5 days, have an immense amount of stress and work on my house, and the owner could not start sooner so I can eat, shower, and live in my new house, I cannot wrap my head around his behavior and will not be recommending this company given the fact that if he had not acted this way I would have used them in the future and happily recommended his employees. Owner seems to have some anger issues that should not be passed on to people looking to hire him and with the ability to review him.

Five star folks doing five start work!

As an apar manager, I really appreciate long relationships with vendors that are consistent with the excellent service they provide to me and my residents. Apollo is by far my favorite plumbing company in the area. They are very communicative and the prices are fair. Today Eric Buckner responded to a call for one of my residents and was very prompt and thorough in his explanation of the service needed and the pricing options I had. I appreciated his extra time to go through everything with me and hope to see him again soon!

Mike came to our home and replace the part in the toilet tank, along with replacing parts in the shower. He was professional on arriving, he identified myself and was appropriately dress with protective footwear. He was knowledgeable about his profession. Mike, thanks for the efficient service you provided.

I am so happy with Meticulous Plumbing. My family needed a new range, and we decided to make the jump from electric to gas/dual fuel. I received a recommendation from a friend who used Meticulous and I am so glad that I called them.

I worked with Mike, and he was absolutely amazing. He and the Meticulous team ran the gas line, arranged the inspection, let me know when the inspection was going to take place, followed up with me, checked in with me regularly while we waited for the range to arrive (thanks for the slow turnaround, Lowe's), then came back out and performed the install.

In short, Meticulous and Mike are amazing. Mike was so knowledgeable, friendly, helpful, and personable. His work has been top-notch and I am so very happy with the end result.
