Nolan is the best! Such a nice guy, and professional, knowledgeable, and courteous. (Bonus points for being so friendly with our dog! 😊). We’ve also had great experiences with Nick and Isaac. 3 Mountains was recommended to us by a neighbor and I’m glad to have gotten connected with them - will definitely be using again in the future.

I had tree roots blocking my pipes and backing up my toilet into the sink on a Sunday. Roto Rooter came out and cleared the pipe, but they suggested that the pipe was not level so it would have to be replaced rather than cleared out and lined with a resin. When I told Sewer Renewal Specialists (I wish I could remember the person's name; he was great), he encouraged me to let him come out no charge and confirm this, because he suspected it was not true. Sure enough, he found nothing wrong with the pipe, spent more time clearing it out and then shot the resin in so it wouldn't happen again. All for half of what I would have had to pay for the Roto Rooter digging up my line and putting in new pipes. I've had no problem since. Sewer Renewal even came out and extended the release pipe(?) for free when I had a retaining was put in. I can't praise them enough.

The whole team was here today tackling my plumbing issues! Ti, Sean. Cameron (and Cooper!) all do reallllly amazing work! They use the best parts, and complete work to the highest standard. They even completed a few little non-plumbing jobs for me just to be nice! I can not recommend them highly enough!

I am really happy I contacted River City Environmental for my septic system. They were friendly and took their time to answer my questions. I would suggest them to anyone in need of their services. I know I'll be calling them again if I ever need to.

Grew up wrestling Terry Massey’s Son at the age of 10 and ended up becoming brothers along the way, Not only is Terry Massey one of the most hard working dedicated fathers but he is an amazing teacher. He took me under his wing and had me working under crawl spaces doing repipe work for a short time, Taught me a lot of things I still use to this day. Terry Massey holds true to his values and has only earned a honest dollar his entire life. I’ve never heard profanity out of his mouth nor words of discouragement. He was on time, professional, kept the area tidy, communicated well, worked hard, and was cost effective. The repair was done quickly and I sort of wondered why I had been so dramatic. But I thought sewers were dramatic??
You should hire him! (My repair was done in anticipation of the new sellwood sewer line connection.. and now it’s all ready to connect next summer!)

I was referred to this amazing company from a friend. When I called, Samantha Hill calmed me down over the phone. She helped me so much! Felt like I had known her for 19+ years. Anyhow, she put me on the schedule and they were prompt and professional.

I can't say enough about how satisfied I am with the service from Justin at Bruner Plumbing. I've had a shower valve that has had very low flow for months and tried everything I knew to remedy the situation, finally throwing in the towel and calling Bruner. Justin came on a service call and took the perfect methodical approach to solving the problem. Worst case scenario would have been cutting into the wall & drywall to replace the shower valve. Justin worked step by step backwashing and purging hot and cold supply lines and the valve and solved the problem. Bruner is my go to plumbing contractor and that's a comfort for me to have a solid, qualified & professional plumbing contractor in my arsenal for any problems that may come up down the road. I recommend them without reservation for your plumbing needs.

Vitaliy came out within 24 hours, was on time, friendly and professional. He was very knowledgeable and explained everything. I purchased a new washer and the company I purchased it from could not uninstall my washer, Vitaliy quickly uninstalled my washer and explained everything and suggested I have the installers call him should they have a problem installing my new washer. I will definitely be using diligent plumbing again for any plumbing needs.
